Yonex Nanoflare 800 Badminton Racket Review

- Опубліковано 16 бер 2020
- The Yonex Nanoflare 800 is the latest racket their “speed” range. This has always been a strong range with players who prefer fast rackets.
The most iconic fast racket from Yonex is Nanospeed 9900. Will this latest racket from Yonex prove to be a worthy successor to Nanospeed 9900 and once again delight fast frame players?

How does it compare to the jetspeed 10 (probably its closest comparison)?
hey coach, how does this racket compare with the arcsaber 11, which 1 is better for you?
Do you prefer this racket or auraspeed 90s?
hey, have you tried the nf700 ? how would you compare this to it?
great review. is this racket really easy to break? even with just miss hits?
Not that I know of. The 800 has been succeeded by the new 800 Pro. I am currently testing it and loving it!
That Victor hoodie while reviewing Yonex though :P
I’ll be wearing Yonex hoodies in the future
Good review Paul. Could you please give a comparison between 3u nf800 and 4u ax88s? Which racket is more maneuverable at the front court and more powerful at the back court? Which racket has stiffer shaft? Thanks.
It’s hard to compare as I send the rackets away
I think I can help you here since I have those rackets in those weight classes. 3U NF800 is the more powerful and a bit less maneuverable vs the 4U AX88S. It also feels alot less solid than the AX88S. The AX88S even in 3U is less powerful but the feel is much more solid and its more maneuverable than the 3U NF800. Hope this helps
Was your review using the 3U or 4U?. Great video and thanks for the review
From memory 3U
Hi thanks for the review. Is there any chance you could review Li Ning Aeronaut 9000C please? Thanks
I can only review rackets that are kindly loaned to me by a retailer or manufacturer. At the moment, the Li Ning Aeornaut 9000C isn't one of them.
@@TheBadmintonCoach Thank you for taking your time to reply me back. I appreciate it. Many thanks.
Hi Paul,
I really loved using nanoflare 800, but it is broken and was thinking of 88D pro. Do you think 88D pro perform same as nanoflare 800
It won’t perform the same but it’s a great racket
Nice hairdo, Paul. Good review
What do u think, if compare the speed & drive&smash shot between nanoflare 800 3u vs voltric fb blue, which one better, thank u so much
I am often asked for comparisons. There isn’t a better racket, just different. I think the Nanoflare frame will be stronger than Voltric and probably feel more solid on impact with the shuttle, but the feel of each will vary and I can’t tell which you would prefer
Hi Paul.. If you were to give a written review for this racquet.. how many stars would you give.. The only racquet you have give a 5 star gold award is the legendary JS 10.. so please tell me.. how much would you rate the NF 800 in comparison to JS 10 as both are head light racquets?? Or which department both racquet excels and your choice of weapon? looking forward to your reply.
Thanks & Regards
sarfaraz nawaz I have done a written review on my website. Go take a look
Paul Stewart Advanced Badminton Coach Thanks for the reply Paul.. I checked your website but I couldn’t find a WRITTEN review for yonex NF 800.. I also saw that you gave a 5 star gold standard to the New Astrox ZZ.. but it would be really helpful if you could review the NF 800 and compare with the JS 10 as both are head light and associated with speed. I buy racquets only after reading your reviews. Like the JS 10, which unfortunately is broken.
@@sarfaraznawaz1410 check again as I’m certain I’ve reviewed Nanoflare 800
Heard the same thing, that this has sneaky power (for a head light racket). How is that sneaky power compared to the zz and the ldf (i use this), coach? Thanks again for the amazing review! Been waiting for you to get your hands on this one because i prefer red and black colorways!
Your comparison makes no sense, the zz and the ldf are completely 2 different rackets and they a lot more head heavy than the nf800. The nf800 is not even close to be compared!
Z3R05G power is relative to the user. Some players get more power from a light headed racket than they do from head heavy.
@@TheBadmintonCoach point taken coach! Might just get this one because of the colorway over the zz, lol!
@@LupinLuu of course it does, the good coach had experience with those 3 rackets. I was asking him how much difference is there on the power output he can generate between those 3 (no matter how big or small a difference). Nowhere in my post did I say I was expecting them to have similar power output, lol. You are the one out of line here, making statements like it's not even close to compare and stuff. One can always make comparisons between 2 different things (that's why it is called a comparison lol), so i do not get your point. The coach said it himself on his comment on top of this, diff strokes for diff folks. Again he has experience with all 3, am looking to buy either the zz or the nf800 next so i was asking him to compare based on his experience with those 3 rackets. If by any chance you have those 3 rackets, then by all means please enlighten us. The main reason why I am curious is bec I do not have the luxury of holding the zz or the nf800 before buying bec it is not available locally in my country. I only have exp with the ldf (which i still use). Hope you understand my dilemma, cheers mate.
@@TheBadmintonCoach it's either because the racket bslance is too heavy for them or they don't realize they actually rather play the speed play than power play
Which one do you like personally, 3u or 4u version for nanoflare 800?
Syaffiq Affendy if I could have 3U with a G5 grip, that’s what I’d go for
@@TheBadmintonCoach Use sandpaper on the G4. It will go down to G5.
Thanks can you do some review for Li-Ning Rackets? Thanks
I will review Li-Ning rackets if somebody will send them
How does this racket compare to Arcsaber 11, which one is better?
Neither is better. Arc 11 is a very good even balance racket whereas this is a touch more headlight. You select based on your preferences. That’s what makes a racket better
Able to review on nanoflare 380 sharp too?
ken chan only if I receive one
Sir, please review victor drive x 9x too
I have received the Drive 9X & Auraspeed 98 and will be releasing those as I've had chance to have a good test.
Hi coach
Can you review the Nanoflare 700 as well please?
Yes, I already have this in the pipeline, although I don't when I will be able to get on court at the moment to test it out!
LYD uses the 700
Yes, I believe he is
Auraspeed 90k pleaseee 😄😄, i want to know how it works compare to the auraspeed 90s
Sadly I haven't been provided with one yet to be able to review it. I have received the Drive 9X & Auraspeed 98 and will be releasing those as I've had chance to have a good test.
@@TheBadmintonCoach Thanks! I've been using the 90k myself and i love it so much. I heard that the auraspeed98 is a very powerful racket, will be waiting for the reviewss, thanks for these videos though, appreciate it !!
@@renaldolee8291 hi Renaldo, does Auraspeed 90k feel head heavy? good with drops and smashes?
Sukamuljo used astrox 88s not nanoflare
ASPHALT X both he and Gideon have used this racket.
Please review Nanoflare 270 Speed
I can’t review rackets at the moment as I am not getting enough court time
@@TheBadmintonCoach can I strung 270 Speed at 28 lbs
@@infoentertainment6549 I wouldn’t recommend that tension in the racket.
i think sukamuljo still use 88s In all england. Lee yong dae, tan wee kiong and most of japanese female player use this racket. carolina marin included if i'm not mistaken
Amir Aiman Zulkifli they are using Nanoflare 700. Gideon was using it but I think he used Astrox 100 at All England’s

Karry Lee yes but they occasionally change
@@TheBadmintonCoach do you plan to review li ning rackets? their quality is generally better than yonex and victor to be honest, but im still a yonex fan👍🏻
Karry Lee it all depends if any retailer wishes to send them to me for review. I still have two Victor, four Ashaway to review plus the range from Adidas
Is this racket can be use to play double?
Btw stay safe and healthy in there 🙏🏼
mostly for double i would say
Yes it’s a good doubles racket. I don’t know of any singles players using it
I've used this racket for singles and doubles. I would day this racket would mainly be for doubles. For singles it's just too fast for the game that is supposed to be for mens singles. This racket for me is more all rounded than the 88S.
@@TheBadmintonCoach Kenta Nishimoto is using it currently
Is this better than other raquets
I'm so sick of new players asking which racket is the best, there is no best racket there is the best racket for you! If you suck, no racket in the world can change that!
I think the best racket is personal preference, with combination with string and tension of course.
Rajeshwary Thiruchelvam that is subjective. If you find it is better then it is
