@PurpleRhino This is my personal review since I always play with both of the racket (4U). AX 88D: very best to use it on the back court to maximize overhead technique's power especially to perform clear and smash shot but it's slightly heavy feels when you perform the smash (head heavy racket) and you need to improve your swing to make the smash steeper.. For control and precision it's quite good of offense and defense play (all rounded racket and could be used to play doubles and singles). On front court is quite good but you need additional power when performing net shot to make it slightly better. In mid court, it manages to do well when plays drive. Nanoflare 800: very recommended to use it on front court when performing net shot, deception, and interception play. The control is one of the best attribute in this racket and you can feel every shot you perform especially on drop shot and clear. For drive and defense are good and tireless because it's very easy to swing and fast. For smash, it's not the best because you need to improve your swing to generate more power (head light racket) and the precision of the smash is harder to control than AX 88D also it's not the friendly racket because of the small frame and sweet spot. I recommend this racket on playing doubles because for singles it's harder to use when you perform smash on back court and not as fast as head heavy racket. So, if you're all rounded player, I suggest you to use AX 88D but if you're much better playing in front court, it's better to choose nanoflare 800 than AX 88D. Hope the explanation helps you to choose between these rackets.
Hi, it is very nice to know this channel and thank you for precise reviews for Nanoflare 800. Would you mind to advise which racquet is better ? Nanoflare 800 Astrox 100zz Auraspeed 90s (Victor) Personally, Im not really a strong smashers, more to skill plays. Prefer to improve defense and speedy play.
Need Advice. So I'm a Intermediate level player with Agressive style of play. Played with Astrox 88D Game (BG66 Ultimax) for 6 months or so. It's a medium flex Taiwan made racket. I wanted to upgrade to Japan made racket and upon research found NF800 as an easy to play even balanced fast racket. I got it strung with Exbolt63 at 24LBS. Now my shots are not as powerful and consistent as they used to be with Astrox. So what could be the reason for this. 1. I have recently changed the racket, so I need to give some time for adjustment? 2. Choice of racket is not right because it's too Stiff for power generation? 3. Choice of string is not right? 4. Any other reason.
The shaft is a lot stiffer. If you are not a very comfortable badminton player stick to the 700, gives a bit of forgiveness for lower swingspeeds and off-center hits
Mr. Sun, I am Kwak Chan Young who played badminton for 20 years in Korea. My level is at the top of the amateur class. I am not good at listening to English, so I do not understand your video so I am going to ask you to write English hard. The racket I used to use is the Head Metallix8000 Tour, and I've been using six sacks for nearly nine years, and I broke them all a few days ago, and I don't have them now. So I wanted to get a new racket, but the same lover had a Nanoflaire 700, so I rented it and I did a sitar. I like it, but it's a little bit softer than the head racket, so I'm thinking about it. There are many reviews in Korea about the Nanoflaire 700. So we're kind of sympathetic about many part. A few days ago, I heard that Nanoflare800 will be released in Korea soon. While checking the information, I saw your review. I ask you a question. Can you tell me the biggest difference between 700 and 800? Is it even Ballans? What is the difference in the strength of the shaft? Is it stiffer? Compare the strength of the shaft to the strength of the astrox88D or Voltrick80? Is the shuttlecock more powerful than 700 in smashes? Thank you for reading my asking!
The biggest difference between Nanoflare 700 & 800 is the shaft. Nanoflare 800 is much stiffer than 700, both of them are head-light rackets. Also Yonex applied a new technology ''Razor Frame'' on 800, so the frame is even thinner than 700. I would say 800 has a stronger smashing performance compare to 700. Nanoflare 800, Astrox 88D and Voltric 80 are all stiff shaft, but Astrox 88D and Voltric 80 are head-heavy rackets, so they are still much more powerful when it comes to smashes. Hope this helps!
Hello! Thank you for your reply! We are thinking of doing a comparison video of Yonex Astrox 88S&D, Nanoflare 800 and VICTOR Auraspeed 90S&K very soon! Stay tuned!
Hey! Great review!! I own the astrox 88s and like you, that’s my number 1 racket! What’s this like compared to that? Similar head weight etc? I’m considering this or the auraspeed 90s. How does this compare to the victor 10 and nanoray glanz if you’ve used them? Cheers
Hello! Thank you for your reply! We are thinking of doing a comparison video of Yonex Astrox 88S&D, Nanoflare 800 and VICTOR Auraspeed 90S&K very soon! As for VICTOR JS10, the frame is much smaller and the shaft is stiffer than NF800. Nanoray GlanZ is also a slimmer box frame, we would say all of these rackets are not as forgiving, which do requires some technique to play with them.
hi, I'm a 15 year old player and have been playing for 3 years. may I ask, what's the difference between the Astrox 88s and the nanoflare 800? I'm a front court player and plays backcourt at times, so which racket to do recommend? astrox 88s,nanoflare 800 or the nanoflare 700?
I think the Astrox 88s is harder than nanoflare 800, the head of the 88s is heavier than the head of the Flare800. you are only 15 years old. I think you only use flare 700 because your body is immature and you only have been play ing 3 years. you need time to have a stronger wrist to use nanoflare 800 and Axtrox 88s
bought it and everytime halfway play i will cchange to astrox...dont no why, mybe because i prefer head heavy more..need more power when smashing i guess

Love the detailed honest review!!!
Honest review bro, this is how review should be done.
Very happy I came across your channel. One of the best racket review channel on youtube. Please keep more coming! Thank you.
Here's a guy selling the racket who is honestly saying that the thinness of the frame could cause it to break ... Nicely done!
I love Yonex, I’ve had their badminton racquets for over 20 years. Just bought a Yonex Vcore tennis racquet as well so cant wait til it arrives.
They definitely improved a lot throughout these years!
Very comprehensive review and very nicely edited video! I look forward to seeing more from you guys!

Don’t know why. But this reminds me of my mizuno forties tour f. I think this racket is more powerful and more all round racket than the 88s

whats the difference between nf 800 and nf 700? which you prefer more?
Feng Yun I think 800 kinda better for smashing
Shaft stiffness and different thickness of the frame. I personally like NF800 since Astrox 88S&D are my regular to-go rackets at the moment.
Great job man!

Haa I hear you mention Astrox so many times. You really love your Astrox!

I can conform it is a nice racquet, but definitely not durable, I have broken two with just minor clashes.
👍👍💕
Up next, nanoflare 900 and z-flare 😂
well im kinda of expecting an extra stiff light head racket if i follows the pattern in the nanoflare series
