    Today, I made a really delicious butter bar with the most chewy and thick texture.
    It is a dessert with a sweet and crunchy texture by adding maltesers to the dough.
    The portion without maltesers is moderately sweet and perfect to eat. Instead, when you eat a butter bar, the part with the maltesers is even sweeter. You can omit the Maltesers if you like.
    The cookie sheet making part is the same as the butter bar cookie sheet I uploaded last time. If you have seen the basic butter bar video, I think you can skip the cookie sheet making part and watch it.

    🍫 Matcha & Chocolate Butter Bar 🍫
    ▶ Ingredients ◀ 16.5x16.5cm square pan
    [ Cookie Dough ]
    Preheat 180℃, bake at 170℃ for 20 minutes
    95g cake flour
    15g almond powder
    25 g sugar
    1 g of salt
    65g unsalted butter (cut into small dices and prepare cold)
    [ Butter Bar Dough ]
    170℃ Preheat 160℃ Bake for 34 minutes
    145g unsalted butter
    155g light brown sugar
    1.5g salt
    40g starch syrup
    40 g eggs
    2 g vanilla extract
    120g all purpose flour
    5g cocoa powder
    Matcha powder 8g
    Maltesers Dark (optional)

    It tastes good after putting it in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.
    After freezer , it is delicious even after thawing at room temperature for a while.
