Multiple times in fact since it's very easy and cheap to make, although after the first time I no longer use the lemon peel as a cup holder since the pith (white part of the lemon) is a bit too bitter even when scraping the excess off. I found the proportions just to my liking, but some friends I shared it with mentioned that it was really tart and the yogurt taste was too overpowering. The lemon flavor is quite strong so if you like a lighter citrus taste, maybe use a lemon less; the greek yogurt imo makes the dish a bit "healthier" but you could also reduce that if the taste is overpowering the lemon. Also, make sure to use small sized holders/cups because the texture gets weird after a day refrigerated in large ramekins due to the lemon/milk coagulating (not sure why it slows down in smaller cups but just what I observed).
