  • In this exercise we focus on training/strengthening the glutes using a glute band in a range of different directions.
    Focus on these areas for good form:
    1. Lead with the knee and the heel, not the foot
    2. Keep the knee width at a shoulder's width apart
    3. Try not to rock the body by moving the pelvis along with no up and down movement.
