I was looking for a recipe of this wonderful spinach I used to eat with my mom when I visited her. I made this last night and this is gangsta!!!!! Better than our favorite restaurant used to make in Covina, CA, Restaurant Hayakawa. This is more nuanced than most of the recipes I have seen. Thanks for all the tips.

I like your approach, my god I love Japanese cooking, but it can be so fussy at times, so this was awesome! Rocknroll! 🤘🤘🤘

Y’all are so frickin’ cute. Anyway thanks! It’s become so expensive to get at restaurants, so I can’t wait to make this for the first time then probably make it weekly because I love it so much. I want to buy those square white bowls too.

Hi Johnny, this looks delicious but I don’t have dashi and I didn’t see the link anywhere. Is there any substitute? Thanks.
