We have a linear system and we the main unit throws the beam code on sunny days. We need to override each time. What do suggest we do so we don't get interference from the sun?
Thank you!! Just bought a house w remote garage doors. The eyes were dirty that's all. Ran my finger over & removed the dust.
Great video! Very helpful!
Solved my problem. Thanks!
So I have a weird problem that my garage door keeps closing even if somebody comes in between the sensor, it will not stop and keeps closing. I see it as a safety issue in case a kid comes in the middle. The door will not stop. I do have sensors and they sent something as I can feel a little hesitation on the door, but it keeps on closing what could be the issue?
You're correct - this is a safety issue. I would recommend calling a local service company to diagnose and fix the issue.
Would the remote control also quit working if the eye was offline
Just stared having an issue today. The eye on the rught(standing outside the garage is not responding or no power(the green LED is off). I’ve checked the wiring on the unit, made sure nothing obstructing the beam, and removed the unit to send directly to the other my aiming from closer view. What is the issue and what are the warranty on these? (LD033)

Quick question we are buying a house and the garage door open and closes just fine but the sensors do not work if the beam is broken to send the door back up. Any ideas what is going on, everything I see is the door won't even close if the sensors don't work.
How to use a different brand remote
Thanks dude
Our garage was flooded now we have moisture and dirt inside one of the eyes creating an issue... Can they be taken apart or do I need to replace?
They are sealed units. You will have to purchase new ones.
@@ContinentalDoorCompany thank you
Motor clicks briefly but doesn’t open. Same results on all devices including wall unit.
Yeah sounds like you’re getting UV interference. best thing I find is to use an L bracket in Mount your photo wise more inside your wing wall to be sheltered from direct sunlight and that’ll fix the issue
I got 6 flashes...says call for service....circuit board??
7 flashes are happening. Now what?
