I think they should at least tell you before you start that its basically an ad for their site and this is just a preview.
It does say (Preview Class) in parenthesis, but I agree that they should say it is an incomplete sample.

you said two yellow blocks but mine are purple
...you got the breath movements backwards... i think, you might purposefully be doing something different but isn't a full breath in cat pose and cow to push out?
No you fill your belly with air in the cow and push it out, really feeling you’re abs contract with your belly button drawn up to your spine in the cat pose.
Is it just me or she sounds justtttt like Miley Cyrus??!
