I'm turning 60 this year. I've been doing yoga for years but I love these movements. I plan to introduce them to my husband (he's not an exercise fan) and hopefully get him moving. Thanks!
✨🤸♀🧘♀🙏💫 I have been looking for someone to take this easy, slow, and seriously. I have tried to do yoga. But I could not without discomfort because of my bad right knee and plantar Fasciitis. I did your video once last night. And I felt stretched, relaxed, and great. I did it again this morning and found myself already correcting my stands and gusting the finest movements that made my stand easier on my heel without worrying about pain on my plantar fasciitis. I will keep trying the one-leg stands until I get it. I am looking forward to doing it again a second time today. I am 55 young. Thank you, Juanita 💃

Thank you! I’m knew to practice yoga. 58 years old and used to be above average in fitness. Through some health issues and some self pity I became still but remained thin. Lost much of my muscle mass. Love yoga. But you really hit my heart. Loved this class! Will be back again and again . Thank you so much! Feel good! Susan H

Thank You from the bottom of my heart for this video... I have really been struggling with anxiety since a personal trauma... At the end of the video I started to cry because I realised I had lost a lot of myself the past few months. I will continue doing this as frequently as possible to find myself again 💕

When you say "activate" this or that.. I have no clue what you are talking about
Generally we use the term activate synonymously with "engage" when referring to a particular body part or muscle. Does that make more sense?
