I agree with all the performers who get pissed when reporters ask about it being “fake”, any person with a IQ over 50 knows wrestling is a predetermined event. To ask the same question idiot reporters were asking forty years ago just shows how unintelligent those reporters are.
It's not just unintelligent, it's disrespectful. Telling anyone that what they do for a living is fake implies that it's easy and something anyone can do.

The best thing that happened from Punks departure from AEW. We got our long awaited WWE return. Also like Goldust said. AEW is full ok kids (young talent) it’s hard to work with so many immature people and try to put out a consistent product. Cody said WWE main roster right now is talent over the age of 30 and know the business. You can see the difference big time.
There is no reason to disrespect any of these guys, they work their butts off to entertain us , their job is not as easy as you think it is💯💯

When people say Wrestling is fake, especially when its reporters and interviewers I think its an oversimplification and has negative connotations. More accurately its per-determined but that takes nothing away from the wrestlers, in fact I think that it is per-determined makes it more difficult. Sure two guys could get in the ring and really whip the hell out of each-other but its harder to pull your punches and hit crazy moves which keeps yourself but your "opponent" safe, its much harder to throw a pulled punch that looks good than actually punching someone. It goes beyond simple athleticism, it has choreography, the ability to read the crowd, willing to adapt on the fly, keeping pace with the time limit etc.

The moral of the story is this..don't disrespect the wrestling business. Cause then that wrestler you are talking to or interviewing has now got a good reason to be annoyed or pissed off.

Being a pro wrestler is not fucking easy so many moving elements to the art of professional wrestling people say it’s fake, as a Democrat who has stepped into the ring that shit is pre planned but still fucking hurts, your literally putting your life into your opponent’s hands as he’s doing the same thing with you and you could end up with career ending injuries like Droz, Tyson Kidd, and Big E, or life ending like LA Parka, Silver King, Perro Aguayo Jr, and Mitsuharu Misawa so unless you been in the business keep your mouth shut on the business.
