Ok. So, I heard that as we age the muscles really do sag. They don't support the overlying fat pads and the skin joins them both for the ride. Retin-A only tackles skin. It does not address sag, deep lines and nasolabial folds (which you don't have). That's the truth. Changes to the bone, muscle, fat pads and skin *all* coalesce to result in the overall aged look.

It it too hard to tell how much it helps with anti-aging because that's a gradual thing, and I also use retinol, sunscreen etc. However, because the mask is so relaxing it makes me fall asleep so quickly that it a good thing for skin health.😴 i use it on my neck and chest too. It takes a while to get in the habit but now I love it. It's just become part of my evening wind down. If you find it isn't for you I'm sure there is a secondary market for it.

I got suckered into getting this a couple years ago (thankfully at a hefty discount at least). Definitely do not bother if you have sensitive skin (I am a ginger with rosacea for reference). The conductive gel is quite irritating! I attempted using aloe gel instead as someone suggested however it turns out aloe is quite acidic and I found it to be irritating as well. I ended up selling it secondhand lol.
I have a micro current device that I use to massage the sides of my face and it helps with bruxism and TMJ the discomfort after a few days of use is almost gone I can tell when i have not been using it, and it just takes 5 to 10 mins

Just as a helpful tip, if there is a zapping sensation it means not enough gel was applied. When enough gel is applied there will literally feel nothing.
I don’t think the red light have the power to do much but it is better that doing nothing. It is an additional attachment and usually one have to buy it because it doesn’t come included.
I have the NuFace and NuBody, and they both work great. Instead of buying the red led light attachment, I recommend getting a red led bulb and sitting under the light with your eyes closed for 15-20 minutes. Much cheaper and your entire face and neck gets exposed to the light.
I got one for Christmas. It's already not working properly. The nuface will be fully charged and will not turn on. I have to plug it in for a couple of minutes then it will turn on. No do not purchase. Thanks
According to my opinion, Dr.Gray is too young to see any improvement of the contour of her face. She has very nice, toned a beautiful face. There is really nothing to "lift". I know many women which are 45 more, using the device and we see improvement of the contour of the face. Is it true, that I don't see direct impact on the wrinkles. But definitely I feel and I can see that my face muscles are toned and my face looks more fresh and youth looking.

I haven't tried the NuFace, but I love Foreo Bear. After regular use, the differences are visible, but IMO consistency is the key.
The only thing is that works on someone with saggy skin and wrinkles. Thats something you didn’t have so you won’t see a difference using the machine.

Gua sha does the same thing. Just moving lymph fluid. LED is only safe home device worth using for ease of use and realistic effective results
Gua sha does affect the lymph, but not the muscles, which this device does. You cannot compare apples to oranges.

According to my opinion, Dr.Gray is too young to see any improvement of the contour of her face. She has very nice, toned a beautiful face. There is really nothing to "lift". I know many women which are 45 more, using the device and we see improvement of the contour of the face. Is it true, that I don't see direct impact on the wrinkles. But definitely I feel and I can see that my face muscles are toned and my face looks more fresh and youth looking.
I used to use it in my early twenties to get a more defined face and more lifted brows it works, I think it’s more connected to facial volume and there actually being tissue and fat to lift up if u have volume loss I don’t think it’s gonna do much
you need to bring this same level of skepticism to the founder and ceo of the brand, who demonstrates herself using it for promotion, alleging it worked for her. No one is questioning that she is "too young" or "has nothing to lift" to see the results she claims.
