As long as you need to feel recovered for your next set! Ball park - heavy taxing compounds- minimum 3+ minutes, smaller less taxing isolated movements 90sec+

Every 4-5 weeks. 4 days a week is plenty if you program things correctly💪 & getting good sleep, sufficient protein intake, hydration, LISS, & foam rolling.

Haha no worries! That makes more sense but not really…I just have a bunch of stations I like to mix between depending on my mood on Spotify while I train.
Basically - I structure first based on my overall goals for that phase, then I program the specific exercises based off those goals I am working towards and ensure each muscle group has enough volume throughout the week, and then I set the reps/sets. The weight will be dependent on those reps/sets, the exercise, the goal, the overall volume that workout, the overall volume that muscle group will experience that week, etc. Everything goes back to overall training goals. I will then make appropriate calls during my training if my energy isn’t sufficient for whatever reason (usual poor sleep) and I need to make changes.
My gym has the same brand of machines that your gym has. I feel like I dont get the same amount of resistance on these machines as I do on a standard machine that doesnt have a moving seat (like their chest press machine).

Hola Blanca, los glúteos y cualquier músculo se fortalecen con cargas progresivas y depende de la condición física de cada persona. Mi sugerencia es que empieces de a poco peso y vas aumentando cada dos o tres semanas.
