It's arm day baby!! Haha, hey guys! Today I got a bicep and tricep workout for any of you who are looking to achieve strong lean arms. This workout is a perfect example of what all of my arm sessions look like. I make sure to hit my biceps and triceps in varying angles to hit each head of each muscle and concentrate on mind muscle connection. I love to life heavy but when it comes to arm training, I rather scale it back a little and really focus in on control and the squeezeeee rather than just swinging some heavy weight around. All sets, reps, and weight amounts have their time and place in your training and it's important to know when it's most appropriate for each thing.
Arm day is my last training day of my training week and I already get some good contact on them through my week indirectly with my other push/pull muscle groups so this is a great way to tie everything together! Whether you train arms on their own day or incorporate a few exercises into an upper body day, it is still important to be doing some isolation work for each just for the purpose of muscle symmetry and development.

Do you watch the right people?? Athlenx? Literally goes into your muscles on a dummy that shows muscle on the anatomy you just watching the wrong videos usually regardless of gender you’ll find people posting usually knowing what there talking about

Yes! A quick answer - my split is still the same (3 lower/3 upper - ea. having their own muscle group/s focus) & I write out a new plan that has new rep/set goals or exercise variation focus every 4-5 weeks. 💪

Hunter, watching your videos has inspired me to try something new with my workouts. I am training for a police academy and wish to focus on my overall fitness vs. just training to pass a PT test. I have about 1.5 months left until the academy. I plan to workout just using your videos as my training regimen and eating healthy. Can't wait to update you on how it goes. The academy starts on September 27th so I'll probably wrap up my training on the 20th.

Really you can do anything on the bicep and it'll grow. The tricep is another beast that needs more concern.

Just tried this! Added a 2.5 km row to warm up and planks at the end. Only one I couldn't do was the cable tricep exercise with the bench because my gym doesn't have a cable in the middle. Thanks for the workout!

Hi I’m not only new to your channel but new at weight /strength training at the gym. Should you stick to the same exercises for several weeks at a time or mix things up? and if so would this UB workout be.a good one to start with. He do you make sure you have a routine that works all the muscles. Thanks
Hi!😁 I stick with the same plan for 4-5 weeks with minor adjustments if needed.
If you are new to weightlifting I would start off with 3-4 full body training days a week to learn how to master the basics and build a good foundation. Muscle group focused splits are for more intermediate to advanced lifters. I don't have any full body videos up as I don't do them, but i'm sure there are tons online. Your best bet is to hire a trainer or coach to get you started on the right track and make sure you are performing exercises correctly💪 Just make sure they are credible!

When I'm being good, yes😂 & I take them but never rely on them. Nothing replaces a good diet and exercise. Supplements should be treated as supplements (to replace something lacking in your diet) and not viewed as miracle products, because they definitely are not! Put in the hard work, get your diet in check, and then if you want to try incorporating some supplements go for it, but don't expect them to do any of the hard work for you💪 .. They're also NOT wallet friendly, that's for sure😂

What amounts of weights do you recommend
Can you do the overhead tricep extension standing? or will that bring back the elbow pain
You can do skull crushers standing together or single arm! I would recommend with dumbbells or a straight bar rather than a cable machine💪
@@HunterChilton ahh thanks for the reply. I'm like you where those kill my elbows so was hoping to find a way around lugging a chair over to the cable machine at our gym (small gym lots of people) since I really want to try the cable machine to avoid the pain.

I utilize resistance bands in either my warm up or burnout, but never full workouts as I have access to a fully equipped gym💪

No rest until both superset exercises are completed but then once you finish the entire set (of both a and b) you can rest. Rest varies depending how I feel. For this workout I'd say anywhere from 1-3 minutes between sets. Usually 1 for my lighter sets and 2-3 for my heavier sets💪
Hi, can you also show your feet /legs when demonstrating arm exercises on the cable machines. I never know how to stand. Feet together? One foot in front of of them other? Thank u!
It's whatever is comfortable for you really. I like a staggered stance for some and feet closer together for others. Everyone does it differently bc it's all personal preference. You'll see when doing certain movements which stance makes the most sense based off how stable you feel. Whichever stance will give you the most stability and feel most comfortable for you is the one💪
