When this first came out back in the day I was like eh. Then again I wasn't as much of a car fan as I am now. Sure I was into cars but I was very bias for foreign cars...no more. I like all cars!! Or most! But I certainly appreciate this car! I like it! Classic American! Such an underrated car! It would be cool if Ford came out with the Thunderbird again but for the 21st Century with some retro flare but not over the top.
These have held their value very well and are expected to increase even more in years to come. Not many produced only 30,000 in the 4 year run.
Opera windows/portholes were a signature T-bird styling cue of the " Baby" birds '55 thru '57.
