    Great mix of timelapse and real time. I like that you didn't stop to explain every little thing, while beginner friendly makes it a bit exhausting for more intermediate users. Please do more tutorials!

    Nice to see a tutorial on scattering. I missed a few steps though. But I could figure out most myself. Strangely I could not get a subtle weight paint. Playing around with weight and strength didn't help. Maybe I should use a subdivision modifier on my plane. I will try that out later.

    • @MeshfulWorks
      @MeshfulWorks  8 місяців тому

      Hi, weight paint works only on vertices, so its true to use subdivision modifier but it needs to be applied first to increase the number of vertices. Or you can subdivide the mesh directly by pressing CTRL + E in edit mode, and choose subdivide. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!

    Super helpful, thanks! Where did you get the plant assets? I know you used Biome Reader to scatter the plants, but where did the ferns, trees, and shrubs come from?

    The render looks good but the lack of motion in the leaves and the jittery camera keeps it from looking real

      Thank you very much! I place the object and set lighting as usual, then go to Render Properties > Film > check the Transparent to make transparent background.

    This was a very good tutorial. I was able to make mine slightly different but still learn all the techniques you used. May I ask where you got your plants and trees or did you model them? I used CC0 ones from blendswap.

    This is increadible. I am looking to create a similar animation. I am curious as to how long a frame of this render took? Unfortunetlly I struggle to get the time down enough with cycles. Not sure if I should just accept that it takes a long time or try and learn some more optimisation techniques.

    • @MeshfulWorks
      @MeshfulWorks  5 місяців тому

      Many thanks! It took around 1 minute per frame in this render. Yeah, if you are working with a complex scene it will takes a long time to render. Good luck with your project!
