Good summation. I was speaking with someone about vitamin B8, Inositol as there is some data showing that it helps with stress and anxiety possibly even infertility
Ive been watching you and so many people about vitamins the last 5 yrs the concern for me is that now i just have so many different supplements on my desk is this ok? are to many different supplements bad for you? Btw i haven't got sick for the last 4 yrs so something is working and feeling fine 😊
You’ve kinda done the science yourself for the last 5 years. I think your results are probably all you need to know. I personally limit my supplements to around 7. But you’ve done your own scientific study over the past 5 years in my opinion. Plus everyone is dramatically different. So hard to say what’s too much, or too little I’d think.
B3 is essential for repletion of NAD, hence for everything around generating energy, especially for people 50+. And the RDA are far too low for those folks
@@binathere2574 yep, that happened to me when I was taking liposomal NAD. Through certain feedback mechanisms, the immune system can get out of balance, and what you feel is a surge of IL-1. do not take b6 as pyridoxine hcl, as it causes peripheral neuropathy! take b6 as p5p, because it does not injure you (although i heard that some people have issues if they dont take p5p with b12). i have direct experience with both forms of b6. b6 can reduce pain on soft tissues like some tendons that NSAIDs cant mask. i had full body pain, such as some kind of strain in my lower back, thumb extensor tendon pain, IT band syndrome in both legs (hip and knee!), proximal hamstring tendonopathy, and various other soft tissue pains that speckled all over my body. it was debilitating. 200 mg pyridoxine hcl eliminated all of the pain. less wasnt nearly as effective. i was desperate and uninformed about the toxic effects of pyridoxine hcl and had developed peripheral neuropathy before i knew it. it was only when i paused taking pyridoxine hcl that i discovered peripheral neuropathy in both calves and in my right arm. my symptoms consisted of the "nylon stocking" glove effect, and being "hungry" in my right arm. the only way i could have been aware of causing peripheral neuropathy was by missing a few days of taking pyridoxine hcl. i could not have noticed by taking it non-stop, and i will explain *why. my case is all good news because my peripheral neuropathy completely went away after i switched to p5p form, also 200 mg daily. when i stop taking it, there are no peripheral neuropathy symptoms. *why pyridoxine hcl is toxic in high doses, but p5p is not: the liver enzymatically breaks down pyridoxine hcl into p5p. the liver reacts to high doses of pyridoxine hcl as an attack, so that when you stop taking the supplement, you can no longer break down smaller amounts of pyridoxine from food. b6 is needed to maintain protective layers on nerves. when b6 stops coming in even from food, the nerves are essentially stripped of their protective layer, which then causes discomfort. however, since p5p is the converted form of pyridoxine, the p5p supplement doesnt need the liver and can go straight to use in maintaining the protective layer on the nerves. in my case, it seems that using p5p gave my liver enough time to re-adapt to normal levels of pyridoxine from food. im actually glad i had firsthand experience with b6 toxicity and learned how both forms of b6 work in the body, with a pleasant resolution to a very annoying issue when it came up. i still have pain, but all of the original trouble spots were mended, and now im taking it for new ones, lol. even though i was taking 200 mg pyridoxine hcl, that doesnt mean less is safe! just get p5p and save yourselves the hard lesson. apologies for length. it was necessary.
.. can you re-do going over which are the synthetic ones so we do not take them and which is the non-synthetic name.. thanks.. also.. about bovine supplements from Beef Organ? MK Supplement vs Ancestral Blood Vitality percentage value..

Thomas's presentations are not always accurate. I stopped watching because he gave some very irresponsible information on B12. I have come back to see if he had improved. Nope still very loose information.

A fifth thing your community can do to get involved in a war is discriminate against weaker people as a rule of thumb. Let your comedians and writers pretend that only groups who form the community can be taken serious and that anyone who has a mental or a psychological disability is to be humiliated and mocked. You'll see people getting offed in the street as a result of adopting this policy before you know it 😂😂😂😂
What your community also can do to get itself in the news snd play the victim is be very proud and deny a neighboring country the right to have its citizens living within its own borders. 😂 Just act like a hero and say that annexation of enclaves is a declaration of war 😂
Another great way for your community to make sure its own country is destroyed is have all kinds of lofty aims and blame a neighboring country if the situation of your community is not like what it desires. 😂
Doctor Thomas Name is an expert in warfare. Dr Thomas Name, what are the six things my community can do to make sure our country gets involved in a war?
B1 carb metabolism
B2 bones, muscles nerves, tissu
B3. Antioxidant
B5 fat metabolism
B6 eyesight
B7 high blood sugar, hair
B9 cognitive
B12 mood
That's very basic.
