He just recommended 17 supplements and he never replies to comments so I'll try to answer. It all depends on what your goal is. What are you trying to supplement for. Your question is too general so I can't answer that unfortunately. And just buy any Protein shake that contains Whey. Many brands like to pretend they're better than others but it's all the same stuff just a different taste. Some charge more for a better taste profile or slightly better dissolving in water or milk etc. But in reality aside from the taste it's all the same so whichever seems like its worth the money to you is fine. Something else that comes to mind actually If you are looking for a supplement due to your age I'd probably go with NMN in combination with Resveratrol to counteract some of the effects of aging. Look up David Sinclair a legit researcher who takes this and researches it and that might be interesting to you.

The problem with multivitamins is the amount of synthetic vitamins in those products.....I traded out the multivitamins for superfood powders like chlorella, moringa, spirulina, beet, cacao, I'll mix a tsp of all of these in 4 oz. of water, fresh lemon juice and ACV and chug it at lunch every day, this way ALL of the vitamins I consume are all natural!

GlyNac only over 45/50 years old is what I've seen, so that you can replenish levels of glutathione to youthful. Earlier than that it's too much reduction of oxidation that it's actually harmful, or maybe that was just without glycine, but the benefit anyway is for people with lower glutathione levels. Is there a connection between high muscle energy and higher creatine levels? Maybe I go for bloodwork the day after a weight workout but my creatine is often found high. youre talking about creatinine, not creatin, it is normal for people that workout to have higher creatinine found in their bloodwork, its nothing to worry about. most doctors dont take the differences of normal people and people that workout regularly into account, theyre no experts in bodybuilding, they will compare your stats to the average guy. just make sure youre drinking enough water.

I stopped snoring and getting up during the night to pee when I started eating mostly meat/ good fats and really low carbs. Many others have experienced the same. One theory is that your body is trying to dump the excess blood sugar by excreting it in the urine, which happens because our metabolism is not burning the carbs during sleep.

I was getting up 5 times a night to pee, but I took a supplement which reduced the number to 1 or 2. It's called, *DIM Supplement Estrogen Support,* and it's sold at Dr. Berg's website. I didn't need more than one bottle. Pretty amazing. Don't know what your issues are compared to mine, but it worked like a charm on me. At some point I'm gonna get another bottle and see if I can get my number down to 0 to 1 on a consistent basis. Data shows for max affect keep saturation by taking everyday. Missing a day isn't the end of the world but miss a bunch and it loses effectiveness

Can you take glycerol before bed at night to prevent nightly wake upts to urinate? to reduce my wakeups from like 5 or 6 down to even just 3?
I stopped snoring and getting up during the night to pee when I started eating mostly meat/ good fats and really low carbs. Many others have experienced the same. One theory is that your body is trying to dump the excess blood sugar by excreting it in the urine, which happens because our metabolism is not burning the carbs during sleep.

I was getting up 5 times a night to pee, but I took a supplement which reduced the number to 1 or 2. It's called, *DIM Supplement Estrogen Support,* and it's sold at Dr. Berg's website. I didn't need more than one bottle. Pretty amazing. Don't know what your issues are compared to mine, but it worked like a charm on me. At some point I'm gonna get another bottle and see if I can get my number down to 0 to 1 on a consistent basis. Good luck.
ps~If you're a man, and I'm guessing you are (as am I), don't get scared off by the word estrogen in the supplement. Men naturally have estrogen, just not as much as women. And what this supplement does is it restores the balance between your testosterone and estrogen, which frequently goes out of balance (too little T, too much E) as we age. That enlarges the prostate, which causes the urinary nocturnal awakenings.
