I've always struggled with nutrition: when I was training, I wasn't eating enough, and during periods of inactivity, I tended to overeat. So now I have some fat to lose, but I'm making progress. I appreciate all of your videos. I find gym workout(s) kind of boring, but necessary. I was trying to find different workout program(s) that would keep me entertained and challenged. The hybrid business is it! You (we)are always changing up your workouts and setting new goals. It is also great to be a part of a community that can encourage, answer questions and provide plenty of examples. Now that I have been on my sober journey for over two years now. It is time for me to turn the chapter and create new challenges for myself. I am beginning my training for my first Half-Ironman. I did an 8km easy run and trained back at gym on Thursday
