For me nothing is better than running in the rain in summer, after the sticky humidity and heat its so refreshing, feels like having a swim
I'm in Germany here it's freezing cold right now like -1 degrees during the day. I'm looking forward to our summer here in Europe for the sweaty runs outside!

There are a few third party brands that do integrated bars with aero extensions, BlackInc and Vision Metron are 2 that I'd looked at. The BlackInc in particular has the integrated stem and overall nicer aesthetics IMO

Integrated bars look great when slammed, but I wouldn't sacrifice a correctly fitting bike for looks. There is way nicer looking stem options available which would give the front end a sleeker look and you will be able to still run tri bars. But it's also not my money so.. 🤷♂️🤣 I would recommend getting a professional bike fitter to set you up if your going Integrated.

i doubt it would get many but im have other channels in mind as well as running im at 2 hours without the therphy & diet & after workout accessories like TUBE WITH ICE & deep heats & massage balls & leg straps & ankle straps & also using those straps to put water that leads to our mouths & also gels i feel kinda sick going past 100 minutes without gels or water is something im noticing increasing my time
ooh & road runs running past cars on GREAT WESTERN HIGHWAY with cars going past i dont feel is good for my lungs is y im get me another car soon to go to running trails & events ive searched for its healthy seeing different things running ive ran the same area for years
but definitly still need to get fit as i cant do much weights after long runs & i wana run consistent pace running 2 hours
i watched some of WORLD RECORD HOLDER for LONG DISTANCE RUNNING i think ran 40+ ks within 2hours lol wow wow
awesome pace throught the whole run is insane but type of runners u wana get near at least i doubt it but have watched tones of runners like nick bare & urself the pace isnt close to what world recorder holder runs but we're hybrids tho
but maybe in future if i get to such a level could probably run with such guys in future

Yeah bro usually around this body fat % all the time. Helps when I'm always doing so much cardio.
Can you provide some information on the exercise you do at 8:50? I'm not super familiar with it. Also, does this video include everything you ate that day? if so, it seems low for a hybrid athlete, or is it not for you?
It's a decline cable fly and it's just another variation of a chest fly. This video doesn't include everything i ate this day. Check my most recent video for a full day of eating.
