I just found your channel! And I enjoy it! I want to get into the hybrid athlete lifestyle! Possible video idea, a weeks routine for the beginner hybrid athlete. Go through the runs and workouts. Can’t wait until the next one!
So excited to see what time you hit at Sydney! You’re looking super lean (love your physique!) and putting up impressive workout times. Crushing it as always 🔥
Big bro mostly many people keep telling me that you shouldn't run you couldn't able to gain muscle or strength but from now on you're my motivation and my idol ❤❤thank you so much 😊
Brilliant advice on heart rate. I’m currently 32 years of age. Tend have my runs with heart rate under 150bpm, then near end run sometimes goes up 170bpm range. Only run approximately 15km once week at moment mainly with good elevation or hills so think incline that’s increasing my heart rate.
New to your channel brother and been loving the content (binge watching)! Looking to get into hybrid myself, just wondering when not preparing for a marathon and when lifting is more so on the radar, what is your weekly split? Do you run a LPP split with daily runs?
I’m trippin, kangaroos just chill around all over like squirrels????
😂 yep that’s Australia for you

Is it annoying having to set up the camera for a short clip then run back for it lol great run !
Lots of love bruhhh ❤❤🫂🫂
Can't currently get BPN Whey Protein sent to Australia atm. Which is a shame as I'm out.
0:29 what kind of beastly creatures are making those sounds?!?!
You forgot Omega 3, multivitamin, glucosamine & magnesium 💪
That's in my daily vitamin stack, just didn't show them in this vid.
What exercise program would you recommend for someone just starting out.
Maybe incorporate farmers carries for grip strength and traps- great vid!!!
Never been a fan of them to be honest but thanks for the recommendation.
Q. Do you think your weight affects your running speed?
To a point but i know i haven't hit my limit yet at this size
Always like your music choices in your videos mate
Thanks bro!

Appreciate the support bro! I’ll definitely be going through all this in a video after I finish the marathon.
Try the “pure harvest almond” a lot better than the rest
Will give that one a shot, thanks!
Thanks for sharing. Trying to get more runs in

Why is your shirt off in the gym
It’s a private gym not a public gym. Feel I can show my audience where different muscles are getting worked when I don’t have them covered in clothes.
