Off everything completely now and have been since 2018. TRT may be something I use in the future but don’t feel I need it just yet.

Ive recently been trying to wean myself off cigarettes, caffeine and booze and start to get back to exercising again I’ve been really unmotivated to go for a run or play sport like I used to. I just don’t have the energy for it anymore since my cirrhosis diagnosis. Since I’ve gone off nicotine I finished my nicotine replacement therapy but now Im Hungry all the time but I can’t digest food well and I’ve packed on a lot of weight but I find it hard to get through any workout without either muscle cramps or getting puffed out . I wonder if amino acids can speed up the metabolic rate

to me your caloric intake is too light..... About 3k kcak Is not enough for your training volume plus you carry a lot of muscles so my advice is to increase your calories of about 500 kcal to reach at least 3500 kcal. To be honest also 3500 kcal is not enough 😢😅
Like I mentioned my food fluctuates week to week and will most likely increase as I move into marathon training. Is there any reason why I would take your advice from you anyway?
