    Ho sir very useful video. Am in over weight am trying to reduce my weight am doing intermittent fasting 16:8 window. Am doing some exercises but not regularly. My weight also not reduced 😢

      Ma'am, 70% strict diet (healthy and balanced) and 30% regular exercise will surely help in weight reduction.
      8 hours of continuous, good sleep is also a must for weight loss.

      Hi Sir, start having a strict, calorie controlled, balanced diet. Exercising is a must. Start with a simple, moderate intensity walking for half an hour twice a day and increase it to vigorous intensity in a few days. You will automatically see the good result in a month or two.

    Hello Shiva sir this is Priyanka from Chennai. I was 94 and now I am 73. I was obese 3 now I am obese 1. Suddenly my reducing weight becomes slow. Kindly please help me to reach my BMI level soon sir. I am doing cardio and 12000 steps walking. And floor workouts, stairs climbing. Suddenly I am getting tired and pushing my self to do it again.       Ma'am, you have met with your threshold limit. Now calorie intake is equal to your calorie expenditure. You need to either reduce your calorie intake (food) or increase your calorie expenditure (exercise). Either of this or both can start your weight loss journey. All the best. 👍

      Ma'am, you can walk anytime in a day. But make sure you don't do vigorous walking immediately after any meal. You can walk one hour after a meal (morning or afternoon or evening or night).

      Yes ma'am, horse gram is highly nutritious and can be effective in weight reduction but it has a type of carbohydrates which causes bloating and gas formation and it has phytic acid which inhibits absorption of certain nutrients. It is always better to soak, sprout and cook it. Kindly consult with the gynecologist before giving it to lactating mothers.
