  • More work on the 2000 Suzuki King Quad 300. In this video we check the oil strainer to make sure it's not full of debris. Also replace o-rings and do an oil change.

    Thanks for the good video. Good job. I do have a question please. There appears to be a second drain plug under the rear differential that is continuous with the crankcase. Would there be even more oil there to drain, or does the drain with the oil strainer completely drain both areas? If either will completely drain, since you changed the o-ring in the oil strainer, would you drain from the other next oil change and skip the oil strainer? Thank you.

      The oil strainer isn't something that's normally done. I did it because I didn't know the history of the quad. Regular oil change does not include the strainer. Use the drain plug to ensure all the oil drained.
