I have been following Lucy's weekly workout suggestions for almost around 5 months regularly and I see significant difference in my body. All my pants/dresses have become loose. I eat everything.
Day 1 : ✅ Wish me luck Day 2 : ✅ Feel a lot motivated Day 3 : ✅ Feels gooood 💞 Day 4 : ✅ Alhamdulillah 💞 this really works... Lost 1 inch in four days from my waist.... I Love u and thank u so much ❤❤❤❤ Day 5 : ✅ Day 6 : ✅ Day 7 : ✅ Update : I do see some changes which is great and I feel more energetic and my belly is slimmer than before but not totally flat... This really works ❤ I am super overweight... Height : 5 Feet Weight : 85 kgs ( lost 2 kgs in 10 days by following her other 7day lose stubborn belly fat challange) What I eat : Because I have been fasting for ramadan I only eat when I break my fast, avoid oily food and drink enough juice or water.... And then at 3 am some rice and curry and drink lots of water... I drink 2 litres of water everyday so that my stomach feels full after breaking my Fast...1 small glass of water every half an hour.
@@herbalscience-ne3du I found it best to do it first thing in the morning as you set the metabolism for the day. But if you don't have time the evening is OK. But morning is better.
Your exercise tips and teaching are awesome I have tried your 7 days challenge and i lost 2-3 inches without any diet! Now I don't have to worry about becoming fat because I have a best teachers like you are😍
I’ve started this and will do it for 7 days, I’ll keep updated on my results :)) Height: 164cm Weight: 54.4Kg Waist: 28 inches Day 1: Still the same obviously Day 2: 54kg, waist=same Day 3: 53.3kg, waist =27.6 Day 4: 52.2kg, waist~27.6 Day 5: 52kg, waist~27.4 Day 6: 51.9kg, waist~27.3 Day 7: 52kg, waist~27.3 So I lost around 0.7 inches off of my waist and 2.4kg. Except I was also going on a 3km walk each day either one or two times, which would've helped with the weight loss and I also ate a lot healthier. My only source of sugar for the week was natural sugar from fruit :) I'm probably going to continue this, as it is working to lose that belly fat, anyway, GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL, YOU'VE GOT THIS!!! i was so sceptical if those short workout videos would really make a difference..i started end of march and so far i have lost 6kg 😂 they really do their magic. all you gotta do is believe in yourself..you can do it!❤

Hello everyone, this exercise in particular i have tried it for 2months & its definitely works. I am 21years old, I was 83kgs and now I am 66kgs(my journey hasn't end yet.updated weight:- 62kg) my waist was 43inch now its 38inch, never have I stepped inside a gymnasium nor did I attempt water fasting or did detox to lose weight. My journey began this quarantine. When I started fighting obesity, what I had was adversity and I used it to my advantage. Did I have a sports bra? Nope Did I have a mat? Nope,nothing even close to that Did I have comfortable clothing and shoe to work out with? Nope Did I have a peace of mind ?not really Was/Is my neighborhood safe to run early In the morning? Hell no!!! Did I have friends and family that were motivating me in anyway? Sadly No Did I fully believe in myself? No But did I have a vision? Yes Did I have a goal? yes Did I stick a weekly plan to achieve my goal? Hell yuh Did I stick why I wanted to lose weight on my wall and read it everyday? Oh I did!!! With all the adversities I didnt give up though I failed to continue sometimes and would find myself chugging food while angry but that made me even stronger cause I knew working a little bit harder would bring me results. Wether I felt like it or not I consistently did easy routine exercise every morning even at times I really couldnt do workouts,I would wake up early and open workout videos while wearing shirt and pants and try it out anyways because discipline is the key to succeed. I Never skipped two days in a row. When you give it ur all and when people around u see that ur determined they will support u,till they do,u have to support ur self(now I have many sports bra, sport clothes and comfortable shoes cause mom believed in me cause I believed in myself) I used to draw an imaginary mat with charcoal to do exercises everyday. For change to come in ur life ,u need to need it like u need air. I tell you, you gare be hungry to achieve your set goals at the same time U gare be patient. Results are inevitable if u give it all you got,I promise you. I started by cutting off sugar and drinking ginger water with lemon every morning and drinking green tea after every meal.i didnt cut crabs,I just didnt eat white bread as much,also I didnt eat junk food as much.i felt good. Never in my life had I exercised till i was 20 years old nor have i tried dieting.i thought I couldnt handle dieting cause I was hungry 24/7 and that my bones would start breaking if I ever attempt sports(I really hated z idea of doing sports aswell). I started with roberts gym 14days challenge to lose weight,I quit it and tried it again and again then went on to Robert's gym 30days challenge, it didn't go so well for me cause I didn't eat healthy. Then I made a lot of research and found Lucy wyndham's 7minutes 7day belly work out which was the best for a beginner and also gave egg diet a shot, I saw amazing results and that motivated me to try 16/8 intermittent fasting with healthy eating and working out as a lifestyle.(thanks to intermittent fasting I no longer suffer from digestive problems and also I dont vomit bile while working out anymore ). Quick fix doesn't do shit and your primary goal or aim should be healthy life (weight loss should just be a secondary goal that supports the primary) After a week I started doing 10minute jump rope workout of Mr London's which I loved so much and 2 Lucy's 7minute workout which was easy and effective and added love handle workout of chloe ting. During my menstruation I donot exercise but I eat healthy during that time. I created a routine of exercises and I started planning what I eat in a week,if my tummy is full, I dont eat even one tablespoon of meal, no matter how sweet it is. If you are pregnant you should not attempt intermittent fasting!!!! 1. Currently I warm up with Robert's gym warm up exercise, I do 5 workouts of Lucy and love handle workout of chloe ting. I am soooo happy cause from where I came, I came a long way and i really hope atleast I inspired one person to strive to be the best version of themselves. Dont expect to be good at exercises and diets rightway, u will fail at 1st but with time u would be amazed on how good u get. The real tragedy is failing to even attempt them. Dont be obsessed with the result,learn to Love the taste of ur sweat. Learn to love the process of your journey and stop comparing your stage 1 with someone's stage 11. if u need comparison, compare yourself with the old u and be proud of z efforts u put into ur self no matter how small your progress Is. What you have to know:- Diet and the portion of what you eat determines the size of your body (your weight), exercise determines the shape of your body and also your fat loss. My mistake:- I tried to loose lots of weight at a short time with diet and that exposed me to having loose skin. Learn from mine (YOU DONOT WANT TO HAVE LOOSE SKIN!) Please make sure you dont obsess on losing weight,you might lose weight with diet and be physically healthy but you might develop a mental disorder called "Aneroxia Nervosa"
That's just wow!!! I'm just starting. My waist is 36cm and I'm hoping to get back to 30 over the next 3-4 months. More than anythung else, eating unhealthy has made me feel really really lethargic
What I love about Lucy's workouts is that she gives out some seconds so that you can check the next workout and get used to it. Also the high and low impact versions so that we can alternate too. Love you forever Lucy 💜
Dear Lucy, I don't know how to begin with. I am so overwhelmed by the amazing work you have been doing. I was at 62 kgs in June 2019 with a buldging belly of 40 inches and bust 38, thighs 21 inches. I stumbled upon your channel on June 21 2019 and started following a couple of your videos and after a month, I was literally taken aback when I found that I have lost 8 kgs!!! I never expected it to be so huge. I was only looking for inch loss, which I achieved (belly 38 inches, bust 36, thigh 20, waist is 31 (I forgot to measure it earlier) I typically do at least one hour of a mix of your videos doing at least three to four of seven days challenges and other HIIT for the remaining time. I followed no strict diet other than quitting sugar and bakery products altogether. I also advanced my dinner time to 7 pm. You are a true Guru Lucy 🙏

I used to struggle with working out because I felt too self conscious to work out at a gym and I was honestly lost as to what work outs I could do at home. Until I found your videos. I do one video one week and then switch it up and do another one of your videos another week. It’s been a month so far and it’s helping me to sleep better and just feel better all around! I'm so happy, I'm on my 3rd day and so far I've lost 1 inch off my waist. I also do another 7 minute exercise. I eat 2 rice meals per day, chocolate and biscuits for my snacks and drink lots of water.
I’ve done one of Lucy’s challenges for two months and I can’t believe how much better I feel and look. I didn’t lose as much from my waist as I did around my rib cage, no more back fat!!!, I’ve lost about 2 inches total. I couldn’t be more happier with my results. I’m on week two of a new ab challenge from Lucy. If you’re thinking about it trying or skeptical weather or not it works it does. Gone from wearing a size 14 in pants/shorts to a 12. Can’t wait to see what happened next.

I’ve been doing this and another 7 min video 2 total workouts for about two weeks I have lost 2 pounds and 1 inch from my waist. I’ve tried to eat a bit better but I’m not that great at it so far it’s a good start. I’m planning to keep doing these workout for another to week with a proper diet to see the results.

I've been doing your 7-Day Challenge & I'm starting to feel the results. The moves are easy enough where it doesn't feel like much of a challenge. Then later I feel the ache in my muscles. My sides & tummy feel a little slimmer, which is encouraging me to keep going. It helps that I'm stuck at home during this pandemic. It's providing a great opportunity for self improvement. So by day 8 I lost 4in on my waist and 3in on my hips I also lost 5 pounds mixed eating much lower calories than I was and cleaner eating. The workout definitely has helped tremendously being that I’ve had two kids it was hard to get weight off my stomach and hips. I now have started this workout today and last week I did her other 7min workout lose belly fat and fat in hips. Her videos are amazing need I say more.
After workout for 7 days have not lost any inches or weight I am continuing with 2 series and hope to see some results I am watching what I am eating and on some days do Exercise twice my husband says it’s because I am 70 years old and my ugly belly fat are staying with me I will keep doing these moves and hopefully will succeed

(I don’t have anything to measure or else I would) Day 1: I did the right side. I feel like I sweated a bit but I didn’t really feel anything else in my muscles. And I'm going down one size no other exercise with the inconsistency has made this much of an impact on me in a year so I just want to say thank you for your kind heart and caring so much for people worldwide with helping the ones that want to make progress. I've gained so much weight because of severe arthritis where could hardly move but doing your exercises even on a hard day even though it's not that intense gives me a good workout

Tip for everyone: also follow Lucy's other videos, like the first two parts of this series + the leg, arm and walking routines, as well. I cannot tell you how much more productive it will be (guaranteed from personal experience). And GOOD LUCK AND STRONG COURAGE TO ALL!!!!
Just completed 7 days of these videos plus a daily walk lasting about an hour. I've also been trying to make some healthier eating choices rather than viewing myself going on a "diet" (which I have done many of in the last 20 years of my life!!!) Feeling good after just 7 days and have lost weight! Great videos, well done Lucy!
I’m a lazy girl like extremely lazy I wanted to do the cloe ting challenge and I got discouraged lol so I found this standing up work out and decided to try it and mannnn this (plus intermittent fasting 16:8 ) is amazing I lost 3,15 inches =8cm in one week thank you so much Lucy this is really for us lazy people lol just 7min of perfection.I wish I could tag anybody struggling with belly fat under this video
el loro dm me on ig jmanuelmbv if you want to know more but basically you choose a time in the day where you fast and a time where you eat.for example I fast for 16 hours and eat healthy (I don’t like to count calories so I just try to reduce my portions ,fruits tea ,water ) during 8 hours .i eat by 10 am directly after Lucy,s workout then during the day I try to eat fruits from 5-6 pm I try to have my last meal after 6 I only drink water til 10 am the next morning
Yay! A new belly workout. I just finished. I hate how cardio makes me itchy sometimes. It’s so annoying. Anyways, I’ve been doing a mixture of her challenges for about a month now, cleaning eating and hitting the gym as well and they have definitely helped tone my tummy. I still have a pinch of stubborn belly fat to rid but with continued consistency, it’ll be gone soon enough.

Guys I will be saying I did this workout for the 4th time and I lost weight on the lower back of my back !!!I really recommend if you struggle with low fat in your back !!

What I eat : Because I have been fasting for ramadan I only eat when I break my fast, avoid oily food and drink enough juice or water.... And then at 3 am some rice and curry and drink lots of water...
I drink 2 litres of water everyday so that my stomach feels full after breaking my Fast...1 small glass of water every half an hour.

@@herbalscience-ne3du I found it best to do it first thing in the morning as you set the metabolism for the day. But if you don't have time the evening is OK. But morning is better.

Day 1: Still the same obviously
Day 2: 54kg, waist=same
Day 3: 53.3kg, waist =27.6
Day 4: 52.2kg, waist~27.6
Day 5: 52kg, waist~27.4
Day 6: 51.9kg, waist~27.3
Day 7: 52kg, waist~27.3
So I lost around 0.7 inches off of my waist and 2.4kg.
Except I was also going on a 3km walk each day either one or two times, which would've helped with the weight loss and I also ate a lot healthier. My only source of sugar for the week was natural sugar from fruit :) I'm probably going to continue this, as it is working to lose that belly fat, anyway, GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL, YOU'VE GOT THIS!!! i was so sceptical if those short workout videos would really make a difference..i started end of march and so far i have lost 6kg 😂 they really do their magic. all you gotta do is believe in yourself..you can do it!❤

Hello everyone, this exercise in particular i have tried it for 2months & its definitely works. I am 21years old, I was 83kgs and now I am 66kgs(my journey hasn't end yet.updated weight:- 62kg) my waist was 43inch now its 38inch, never have I stepped inside a gymnasium nor did I attempt water fasting or did detox to lose weight.
My journey began this quarantine.
When I started fighting obesity, what I had was adversity and I used it to my advantage.
Did I have a sports bra? Nope
Did I have a mat? Nope,nothing even close to that
Did I have comfortable clothing and shoe to work out with? Nope
Did I have a peace of mind ?not really
Was/Is my neighborhood safe to run early In the morning? Hell no!!!
Did I have friends and family that were motivating me in anyway? Sadly No
Did I fully believe in myself? No
But did I have a vision? Yes
Did I have a goal? yes
Did I stick a weekly plan to achieve my goal? Hell yuh
Did I stick why I wanted to lose weight on my wall and read it everyday? Oh I did!!!
With all the adversities I didnt give up though I failed to continue sometimes and would find myself chugging food while angry but that made me even stronger cause I knew working a little bit harder would bring me results.
Wether I felt like it or not I consistently did easy routine exercise every morning even at times I really couldnt do workouts,I would wake up early and open workout videos while wearing shirt and pants and try it out anyways because discipline is the key to succeed. I Never skipped two days in a row.
When you give it ur all and when people around u see that ur determined they will support u,till they do,u have to support ur self(now I have many sports bra, sport clothes and comfortable shoes cause mom believed in me cause I believed in myself)
I used to draw an imaginary mat with charcoal to do exercises everyday. For change to come in ur life ,u need to need it like u need air.
I tell you, you gare be hungry to achieve your set goals at the same time U gare be patient.
Results are inevitable if u give it all you got,I promise you.
I started by cutting off sugar and drinking ginger water with lemon every morning and drinking green tea after every meal.i didnt cut crabs,I just didnt eat white bread as much,also I didnt eat junk food as much.i felt good.
Never in my life had I exercised till i was 20 years old nor have i tried dieting.i thought I couldnt handle dieting cause I was hungry 24/7 and that my bones would start breaking if I ever attempt sports(I really hated z idea of doing sports aswell).
I started with roberts gym 14days challenge to lose weight,I quit it and tried it again and again then went on to Robert's gym 30days challenge, it didn't go so well for me cause I didn't eat healthy. Then I made a lot of research and found Lucy wyndham's 7minutes 7day belly work out which was the best for a beginner and also gave egg diet a shot, I saw amazing results and that motivated me to try 16/8 intermittent fasting with healthy eating and working out as a lifestyle.(thanks to intermittent fasting I no longer suffer from digestive problems and also I dont vomit bile while working out anymore ). Quick fix doesn't do shit and your primary goal or aim should be healthy life (weight loss should just be a secondary goal that supports the primary)
After a week I started doing 10minute jump rope workout of Mr London's which I loved so much and 2 Lucy's 7minute workout which was easy and effective and added love handle workout of chloe ting.
During my menstruation I donot exercise but I eat healthy during that time.
I created a routine of exercises and I started planning what I eat in a week,if my tummy is full, I dont eat even one tablespoon of meal, no matter how sweet it is.
If you are pregnant you should not attempt intermittent fasting!!!!
1. Currently I warm up with Robert's gym warm up exercise, I do 5 workouts of Lucy and love handle workout of chloe ting.
I am soooo happy cause from where I came, I came a long way and i really hope atleast I inspired one person to strive to be the best version of themselves.
Dont expect to be good at exercises and diets rightway, u will fail at 1st but with time u would be amazed on how good u get.
The real tragedy is failing to even attempt them.
Dont be obsessed with the result,learn to Love the taste of ur sweat.
Learn to love the process of your journey and stop comparing your stage 1 with someone's stage 11. if u need comparison, compare yourself with the old u and be proud of z efforts u put into ur self no matter how small your progress Is.
What you have to know:- Diet and the portion of what you eat determines the size of your body (your weight), exercise determines the shape of your body and also your fat loss.
My mistake:- I tried to loose lots of weight at a short time with diet and that exposed me to having loose skin. Learn from mine

Please make sure you dont obsess on losing weight,you might lose weight with diet and be physically healthy but you might develop a mental disorder called "Aneroxia Nervosa"

I don't know how to begin with. I am so overwhelmed by the amazing work you have been doing.
I was at 62 kgs in June 2019 with a buldging belly of 40 inches and bust 38, thighs 21 inches. I stumbled upon your channel on June 21 2019 and started following a couple of your videos and after a month, I was literally taken aback when I found that I have lost 8 kgs!!!
I never expected it to be so huge. I was only looking for inch loss, which I achieved (belly 38 inches, bust 36, thigh 20, waist is 31 (I forgot to measure it earlier)
I typically do at least one hour of a mix of your videos doing at least three to four of seven days challenges and other HIIT for the remaining time. I followed no strict diet other than quitting sugar and bakery products altogether. I also advanced my dinner time to 7 pm.

I used to struggle with working out because I felt too self conscious to work out at a gym and I was honestly lost as to what work outs I could do at home. Until I found your videos. I'm so happy, I'm on my 3rd day and so far I've lost 1 inch off my waist. I also do another 7 minute exercise. I eat 2 rice meals per day, chocolate and biscuits for my snacks and drink lots of water.

I’ve done one of Lucy’s challenges for two months and I can’t believe how much better I feel and look. I didn’t lose as much from my waist as I did around my rib cage, no more back fat!!!, I’ve lost about 2 inches total. I couldn’t be more happier with my results. I’m on week two of a new ab challenge from Lucy. If you’re thinking about it trying or skeptical weather or not it works it does. Gone from wearing a size 14 in pants/shorts to a 12. I’ve been doing this and another 7 min video 2 total workouts for about two weeks I have lost 2 pounds and 1 inch from my waist. I’ve tried to eat a bit better but I’m not that great at it so far it’s a good start. I’m planning to keep doing these workout for another to week with a proper diet to see the results.

I've been doing your 7-Day Challenge & I'm starting to feel the results. The moves are easy enough where it doesn't feel like much of a challenge. Then later I feel the ache in my muscles. I have done workouts by Lucy and I always get results I have been feeling very insecure about my body so I want to make a change a year ago I did one of her workouts and it worked even the doctors told me but then I ruined it by eating unhealthy drinking unhealthy but I’m tired of feeling insecure I want to show you guys my journey so I will be starting this tomorrow morning 🙏

i lost my weigut alot n toned my figer too only doing 20 min workout.. n m going to continue this ever inshallah
So by day 8 I lost 4in on my waist and 3in on my hips I also lost 5 pounds mixed eating much lower calories than I was and cleaner eating. The workout definitely has helped tremendously being that I’ve had two kids it was hard to get weight off my stomach and hips. I now have started this workout today and last week I did her other 7min workout lose belly fat and fat in hips. Her videos are amazing need I say more.

How long it took to see the changes
What all workout u did?
Here we go. I’ll update you as I go along. I’m currently around 170 or less lbs and wear size 12 pants and size Medium shirts. (I don’t have anything to measure or else I would)
Day 1: I did the right side. I feel like I sweated a bit but I didn’t really feel anything else in my muscles. (Edit: it’s the next morning and I feel nothing)
Day 2: I honestly feel bloated and fatter than when I started

And I'm going down one size no other exercise with the inconsistency has made this much of an impact on me in a year so I just want to say thank you for your kind heart and caring so much for people worldwide with helping the ones that want to make progress. I've gained so much weight because of severe arthritis where could hardly move but doing your exercises even on a hard day even though it's not that intense gives me a good workout

Just completed 7 days of these videos plus a daily walk lasting about an hour. I've also been trying to make some healthier eating choices rather than viewing myself going on a "diet" (which I have done many of in the last 20 years of my life!!!) Feeling good after just 7 days and have lost weight! Great videos, well done Lucy!

I’m a lazy girl like extremely lazy I wanted to do the cloe ting challenge and I got discouraged lol so I found this standing up work out and decided to try it and mannnn this (plus intermittent fasting 16:8 ) is amazing I lost 3,15 inches =8cm in one week thank you so much Lucy this is really for us lazy people lol just 7min of perfection.I wish I could tag anybody struggling with belly fat under this video

el loro dm me on ig jmanuelmbv if you want to know more but basically you choose a time in the day where you fast and a time where you eat.for example I fast for 16 hours and eat healthy (I don’t like to count calories so I just try to reduce my portions ,fruits tea ,water ) during 8 hours .i eat by 10 am directly after Lucy,s workout then during the day I try to eat fruits from 5-6 pm I try to have my last meal after 6 I only drink water til 10 am the next morning

Yay! A new belly workout. I just finished. I hate how cardio makes me itchy sometimes. It’s so annoying. Anyways, I’ve been doing a mixture of her challenges for about a month now, cleaning eating and hitting the gym as well and they have definitely helped tone my tummy. I still have a pinch of stubborn belly fat to rid but with continued consistency, it’ll be gone soon enough.
i’ll be trying this for however long i last lmao since we’re in quarantine :)))
before workout: upper waist 31cm & lower waist 36cm (i’m really insecure about my excess fat on my lower/back waist so i really wanna try my hardest to burn it down!!!)
