I've only recently discovered your channel and, although I've been practising Qi gong for sometime, I have not until now found such a comprehensive guide to mastering the flow of Chi. Thank you for your many video courses and I wish you and all your students to "float like clouds and flow like water" in their Qigong daily practices. 🙏

I enjoyed this video of course for the moves & breath is offers, it does help me to feel more centered, grounded and calm. Thank you! But I also noticed and loved the background of the dramatic dark clouds that reminded me of being calm even with the anxiety of the dark clouds and threat of rain. This made me smile and appreciate! Plus the happy dogs.

It has taken me six times of doing this before I could truly stand on my toes without falling forward. My balance, which was once very good, has been off. Being in my sixties isn't easy. But my past athletic build is still with me. I just need to firm it back up. This is helping tremendously without a lot of movement.

Yep, after 5 minutes the extreme burning pain in all the muscles in my legs definitely distracted me from any anxiety.
You traded up though. I'm in a little more than a week. It still burns but it's better than carrying anxiety.
That’s the whole point, focus in the now, pain helps with that.

I feel exactly the same, my balance ist not gut, my legs feels weak. I am also 60, I will do this 2 a day😆
