Not much more I can say that hasn't been mentioned already! The color transformation took your backyard to a whole other level of calm! Your vision and execution are fantastic; the details make such a difference in the final product. Blessings!!!
Great color choice! Well done. Looks amazing.
It looks very nice! Love the color!
Great job. Honestly that was a lot of necessary pre-work. No telling how much it would have cost for a contractor to do this work. I admire your attention to every detail. The house looks great.
Great job as usual. Totally enjoy all your vids.
Perfect colour choice. Well done. Looks amazing.
🙌🙌
Hi Stefani,
Love the color.
Looking forward to seeing what’s next.
Looks incredible. Great color choice!
Thank you!
Very nice great job love the colour
The home exterior looks SO good! Nice work with your Wagner paint sprayer!
Thank you Wagner!! The paint sprayer made fast work of it 🙌
Exactly what I was looking for!... thanks for posting this
Great job 👏🏻
wow! nice job and I must say, you are a damn hard worker! I really admire your drive.
Thanks so much!
Looks great but I liked the darker color. Great job 😊
Great tapping hint!
Love that transformation! It looked nice before but this color just elevates your home. And I really like all the details you provide! - the shutters will be a nice addition .
Good job!
Love that color choice. Nice job. Overall, it really pulled everything together. Are you going to reuse the light posts you made last year to put around the deck? Hope the shutters is a video project. Thank you for sharing. 👍🏼👍🏼
Thank you!! I plan to have a project tutorial for the shutters!! 😍
Looks fantastic. I really hope you haven't broken the seals on your windows with the power washer. I accidentally did that on one of my rental properties. Expensive mistake.
Thank you! Yikes! Windows are all good 👍
How do you know if the seal is broken?
@@djenkins853 You'll start seeing condensation between the panes of glass. Usually it happens months after a power washing job, so people don't put it together as the reason for the broken seals.
Hi Stefani, nice video. How many layers of paint did you have to apply to get it fully covered? It's a very nice color!
Thank you! I did one heavy layer, overlapping each spray stroke 50% 👍
Great job! I can't believe how much prep work is done. Also, I heard sprain uses a lot more paint than rolling. Did you find yourself using more paint than expected?
thanks for sharing
Other than prep how long did the actual painting take to complete the one coat?
Always good to see when people do things properly. The number of people whom are either ignorant, or worse - tradies that are lazy, is atrocious.
PS. Excellent colour choice! :)
Did you paint 1 coat only? Did it cover well
Came out great 👍 Cracking set of pins btw!
Just paint the AC unit to match the house. Cover the fan and coils.
Is there a cheaper comparable to Benjamin Moore?
Is there anything you can't do cause I don't think there is, lol!!!!
😁...😁...🫠.....😘😘😘😘😊
Lol,Duck tape
A comercial nothing usefull.
Car owners don’t paint their own car, why do homeowners? Pay a professional, protect your asset
Professionals are a wise choice. But, if you have the time and skill, you don't have to get ripped off by the now very greedy Contractors. The recent quotes that I have received are now 3-4x more than they were 5 years ago. It seems the estimates are influenced by the Houses in the Neighborhood. JMO
@@Rocky-xx2zg well if 5 years of wear and flaking has occurred to your house, then there will be way more prep work. Scraping, sanding, wire brushing, multiple different types of primer. On a repaint with lots of wear you are looking at that kind of increase. I always tell my customers it’s about 80 percent prep work.
@Joe Piersma Mr. Joe, one step at a time
How can I use that sprayer if I only need to spray my front door and have 1 quart of paint. I plan to spray my entire exterior of my house in the future, do I need to buy 2 sprayers?
