The surveillance videos of Fotis Dulos disposing of Jennifer's bloody belongings in numerous places while Troconis was in the vehicle with him are enough to convince me that she knew what had transpired. My heart breaks for Jennifer and her children. I tend to believe that Troconis knows where Jennifer's remains could be and she's despicable. It's too bad that Jennifer ever met Fotis who was a nobody when she came from a respectable family with money. As pretty as she was, I believe he just saw the green and was an opportunist from day one. Aside from the divorce proceedings, Jennifer's mother was suing him for almost 2 million dollars that her deceased husband loaned him but Fotis claimed it was a gift. He was just no good and it makes me so mad that they let him bail out and commit suicide rather than face the consequences he deserved.

Well said! And I didn't know this until recently, but Fotis divorced his first wife Hilary in order to marry Jennifer. Divorced in July 2004 and married Jennifer in August. Makes me think he was in a hurry to get access to her family money.

😮@@TiaCatR also at the time, his gf and his lawyer friend got arrested. The lawyer was also getting divorced. The lawyers wife said she received a strange call from Fotis who wanted to meet with her alone to help her with settlement with the lawyer
She said he really tried but she refused. They found an empty graveside which had been dug in property connected to the lawyer. The Implication was that they were going 2 help each other with the murdering of their wives

Knowing she was throwing out Jennifer's stuff doesn't make her an accomplice to murder. Could be the response of someone believing their new lover/ husband to be and just wanting get rid of all reminders in the hopes of creating a new life together.
Though if l was in that situation I would definitely be concerned about why he/we just don't return it all in a respectful and normally proper way. If he can just throw into garbage what rightfully belongs to the mother of his 5 children, and hopefully in the future will be part of their lives, l would be deeply concerned. Concerned enough to leave him.
I will never forget my father telling me to carefully observe the way any boyfriend of mine treats servers, animals and children. He deliberately put public servers and animals first, because the treatment of them appears less important. Then obviously children because it's easier to pretend, but most important of all, take serious note of how he talks about his ex, or exes, girlfriend/s or wife/ wives.
Not every person is overtly respectful to servers, that can be a show. Nor is everyone a natural animal lover , nor automatically comfortable and easy going with children.
BUT your ex is someone you felt for. Are they still holding a candle over them, or are they derogatory or boastful about them. If they are either of these 3 walk away fast and don't look back. Once l was so smitten I ignored his advice about a man who was derogatory about his ex girlfriend, yet weirdly, "respectful '". I would feel either wonderful in comparison to her, or horribly inadequate. She had talents and ways of doing things better than me and visa versa. I thank God he decided he was in love with someone else, though at the time l felt gutted. Subsequently I met his new love of his life at a seminar, still raw with being rejected, only to find out that she was going through the same emotional games with him. It was suddenly so obvious. The way he would glorify his ex, and then point out why he broke off the relationship had nothing to do with him. It was always about her faults and his need to be free of that kind of woman. When she met me and we started talking l could immediately sense that she was getting more and more perplexed, to the point where she asked if he had really ended our relationship, because everything he loved in a woman l appeared to be , and at the same time she had been told how dreadful I was. She was both intimidated by me, and at the same time superior. Exactly how l had felt about both his exes. We talked some more and then she suddenly said, " He's cold inside and controlling." At that moment I saw he was walking towards us with his deep look and warm smile. I literally went cold, then started to feel the same anxiety and unlovedness l had actually always felt with him. She said to him that we were going to get fresh martinis and would rejoin him at the table. My natural rebellious nature kicked in. As soon as we were a few steps away she said don't look back, l have never done this in my life, even when I have wanted to in other situations. I feel alive. I said Thelma And Louise, and we couldn't stop crying with laughter even though the movie was very dark, and we both really like and love many men. We weren't feminists and still aren't. When we returned to the table l was healed. I had seen in flashbacks just why his push-pull, hot- cold behaviour had got to me, and that l had unknowingly had also had the same way of operating in relationships. A "moment" of pure illumination and release. I could finally be natural with him. What joy! The 3 of us continued to talk, he did try to privately engage with, " why was l never this happy with him, it was all he had wanted ", but my mama~child psychologist in me was no longer there. There was nothing to say accept shrug, smile, clink my glass to his and continue the really interesting conversation l was in. I knew then that psychology was not going to be the field l wanted to pursue anymore, nor advertising . That l just wanted to be an English and Speech and Drama teacher, and that was fine.
The next week his new girlfriend called me up to say she had decided it was definitely over between them and he was now being both clingy and controlling. She found a new apartment and moved out. We are both in a good relationship, not always easy at all, with a man, mine going on to 23 years . He is Irish and irascible and I adore him when I am not frustrated with him in a healthy way.
None of all this intense shyte came close to literally murdering anyone. Figuratively yes. To get to that point is simply beyond me. To get self destructive l still need to be wary of.
To Life and all it brings to help us grow better and not worse.
Roses and thorns, and above all the pure grace and total faith and love for our true Lord, Jesus Christ. The Holy Trinity lives, and always will. Amen. And so be it.

As long as the Defense keeps making vague statements about whether Jennifer is missing, instead of actually dead, it's going to be hard to convict on Conspiracy.

Listened to an interview the other day on UA-cam where they speculated the same. The attorney in the interview stated that many times, the accused is looking for zero jail time, and if that's not part of the plea, they decide instead to take their chances with a jury. Unfortunately for Ms. Troconis, the fact that she was along for the ride when the bloody clothes were being dumped, and that Kent Mahwinny has turned state's evidence , are going to be two hurdles she didn't factor in to her decision. One has to conclude that whatever Mahwinny has to say has to be pretty informative in order for him to be released.

Agreed that at some point she knew he did it. Just not sure of the charge Conspiracy, as I'm not sure she was part of the planning, but I'm definitely sure she was part of the cleanup. More than disgusting that after Fotis killed Jennifer, not hours later, he was badgering the nanny to bring the kids back from NY, as it was his weekend for visitation. Have never doubted for one minute that his plan, at the very least, was to kidnap those children and take them to Greece. An important point made during the trial , and probably not noticed by some, was the fact that he had gone back to court in early May to try and regain physical custody of his children. He lost that appeal, and I have no doubt that's what made him decide to take Jennifer out of the picture completely.

At the end of the trial, when the jury goes to deliberation and she can see they will convict her - when she sees there's no way out of this and that she can no longer escape accountability - I wonder if the prosecution will offer her a "light at the end of the tunnel" plea deal...
Perhaps they will offer her a prison sentence with the possibility for parole in exchange for an admission of some guilt (participation) and, most importantly, the location of Jennifer's remains.
Im sure this is so important to her family.

    • @user-pq9vh4rk1v

It's my impression that pleas deals must be made before the trial begins, however, I'm no expert, so who knows? Did learn something interesting over the weekend though. Watched a podcast of a NYC crime investigator who is speculating that Jennifer was dismembered , as he stated that if her body was dumped or buried, the murderer wouldn't typically remove the clothes first. He stated that due to the fact that her clothing and underwear were dumped, leads him to believe that parts of her body have been dumped in various locations as well. He also commented on the partial bloody footprint in the garage. He commented on why the CT State police did not use a chemical which would have provided the complete outline of the shoe, not just the partial. He states that the partial print that was found tells him that it was a Chuck Taylor sneaker, and he actually recreated the print to show the entire outline. Very interesting podcast.

Being sent to prison clearly is part of it, as well as having his reputation dragged through the mud, but the most important thing to this psychopath is egotistical control. He MUST exert his control over the situation to prove his dominance. That is what the suicide is---it's his final act of control over everyone else.

Almost impossible to believe that she was living in the same home with Fotis and knew absolutely nothing, especially right after the murder. Also suspect, is her helping him create a timeline for his alibi. Why would he need an alibi? And if he was out working, and she was home, how could she help? Unless of course , he told her enough details, so they could rehearse their stories and get them straight.

I do not think Michelle is guilty of intention to murder, let alone murder. She is " guilty" of falling in love with a terrible type of man . Maybe not fully in love but definitely deeply attracted . I have no idea what her citizenship status in the US is. I know she was a TV reporter for Venezuela. I have no idea what the political situation in Venezuela is, nor why she wanted to leave.
Her family come across genuine. She comes across frustrated and therefore angry and stressed with being misunderstood. I do believe her English is genuinely not up to par with drilling detective interviews/ interrogations. I believe she felt so panicked and caught up with what she suspected, or realised her not loving new "man" in her life had done.
She is in a dreadful situation where the dead man can't be interrogated, so everything falls on her, in our human desire to get justice for Jennifer and not only that, but 5 innocent children who have no parents now. Please let's not turn this into a damned if you do, damned if you don't witch hunt. We could honestly be looking at a woman who was manipulated and terrified, or someone consciously and deliberately involved.
Everything l see and read about her is almost automatically going for her as guilty of knowing what was happening with no deeper contemplation of why. Fear and panic can cause one to just act out; or being blindsided by the man you believe to be what he appears to be can have one so confused that you just switch into autopilot mode, thinking this will all somehow make sense when it's over. But "your" man decides to kill himself.
To what extent did she really know that he had had more than one wife and children.
Very smart people talk about the fact that she doesn't really cry, because all they can see is her wiping her eyes. I have seen people do exactly that. Their eyes tear up and before they let the tears flow, they immediately wipe their eyes in some unconscious or conscious attempt to be strong, as in hold it together, because in their culture, upbringing they have no right to cry, it's self pity which makes a mockery of those who are truly suffering etc.
We are never in a position to damn anyone, especially when the evidence against the person leads to so much speculation. .Yes we want justice for Jennifer, her five children and family. But tread carefully. The real culprit has killed himself. That does not mean we go baying for more blood so to speak.
Terrible things have been done in the name of justice. Otherwise we would not need an Innocence Project.

Not every woman is the pathetic little helpless victim of a big bad man.
It's about time that female criminals are held to the same standard of accountability as their male co-conspirators and, hopefully, she will also be sentenced to serve a comparable prison sentence to Dulos (had he been convicted alongside her).
I've seen and heard enough female convicts paint themselves as "the abused", and being sentenced to pathetic prison terms, just cuz they have a v'JJ.
Feminists want "equality", except when it comes to obligations and accountability.

He said he needed her to clean a bathroom at a site. Possibly where he washed up. Many different construction supplies stain like blood, and many construction workers have cuts, scrapes and get blood on things. Agree to disagree. She knew he was married, and she fooled with him anyway. He brought his WIFE and children on vacation, and she just also happened to be there? No , she's no innocent waif, no language struggling immigrant. Not buying it. Just this past week, she had several verbal exchanges with her attorneys in court. No Earphones, no translator. It's all a sham. She had no problem with Fotis cheating on his wife to be with her, no problem moving into his home in Farmington, even though he wasn't legally divorced, no problem defying the court order to be in the presence of his children , even though Jennifer had explicitly requested that not happen. No, she's not ignorant, she arrogant. And that arrogance it what has brought her here. So, she can fake cry and wring her hands, but bottom line- her desperation to hook up with what she thought was a wealthy man, and be a willing adulteress, led her down a rabbit hole. She's a grownup, she'll have to live with the consequences of her bad decisions.

The initial police interviews show her speaking and comprehending English well enough. That's a little game her attorneys have come up with, however, I'm not buying it. She has been filmed in the courtroom several times this past week, speaking with the attorneys, sans earbuds or translator. I suspect, that is going to become a talking point in this trial down the road. Her attorney is going to claim that she didn't understand what the police were saying in the interviews . But I've watched them, and her responses are pretty prompt and in English. Bunch of B.S.

    • @user-pq9vh4rk1v
      @user-pq9vh4rk1v 6 місяців тому

Please don't float that ridiculous theory. With all the blood evidence found in that home, there's no way she took off of her own volition. Her family is extremely wealthy, and her mother was paying the rent on the New Canaan home. The mother was also paying the mortgage payment on the Farmington home that she and Fotis shared, of course, until she moved out. There is no doubt he had more than one motive to kill her, the primary one being his avenues to cash being shut down, one by one. I suppose that's why he made another attempt to get custody of the children in May 2019, so he could get financial support from Jennifer. Not so odd in hindsight now, that when that request was denied , Jennifer goes missing not 3 weeks later, and her house is a crime scene. All about the $$$, always is . Think Fotis was stupid enough to believe he could get away with the murder, would automatically be awarded custody of the children, and access the cash their mother had in trust for them. But as with most murders, there's always at least one mistake made. Fotis was too much of a narcissist to kill himself, unless of course he knew the walls were closing in. And they were. Never heard a satisfactory explanation from his attorneys as to why Fotis would be in possession of clothing belonging to Jennifer, with her blood on it. He was not allowed to enter her home, how did he get it? There's only one way.

Incorrect. On May 24th when she was riding around Hartford with Fotis, dumping Jennifer's clothes, and God knows what else, she had an obligation to notify the police. She didn't do that voluntarily, they identified her from the surveillance video in Hartford. Always better to play offense, apparently Michelle doesn't know that either. Are you trying to tell us she lived in a cave? That in the following couple of days when every news station was reporting Jennifer's disappearance, that Michelle was too stupid to connect the dots, that just maybe Fotis was involved somehow? This trial will come alive once Kent Mawhinney testifies. When he tells what he knows about Michelle's involvement, I think she'll have a hard time digging herself out. Absolutely do not believe that she and her BF Fotis never discussed his ex-wife, never discussed how he was bankrupt, and his former MIL was suing him. Granted Michelle probably didn't drive to New Canaan and commit the murder, but she is most definitely guilty of hindering prosecution as she withheld, and is still withholding, pertinent evidence to this case. She can start by telling everyone where Jennifer's remains are.
