The fact that Fotis committed suicide is clear indication of guilt. He killed Jennifer and Michelle knew about it and helped him discard her items.

Conspiracy to commit murder with Fotus, so even though he is deceased they think she knew and conspired with him to murder her and hide the evidence.. she was caught on camera with Fotus throwing the evidence away in random trash cans etc

@@king-babe7393 Jennifer was afraid of him, she made it clear in court papers (read them) he was a narcissist ! He didn’t like Jennifer having any control over the divorce. He was asking her via text to get back with him , she would not even respond to his messages. He had anger issues which she also stated in divorce documents. He was losing control and that’s one thing narcissists hate . He did it, he killed himself cuz he knew it was over for him, he would end up in prison. MT in my opinion knew about the plot and was his alibi .
