He didn’t pay for that home. He borrowed money from Jennifer’s parents which he also used for his business. Jennifer’s mother sued him for non payment of that debt and he wasn’t making the monthly mortgage payments on that house. He was in debt for 8 million dollars. The parents held a second mortgage on that home. He was a looser. Loved Jennifer’s family money. Total grub.
💯 I couldn’t have said it better myself. I wish she would’ve never married that loser!! He moved his scary looking gf Michelle into a house that didn’t even belong to him in any way, shape, or form. He’s certainly rotting in hell.

Never get involved with a married man, and if he's in the middle of a bitter divorce.....that's a BIG no no. What really also bothers me, is that she's not upset when she sees the blood soaked clothes. In her stupidity she was saved, because this coward took the easy way out...but she will never really be free!!

Fotis was also married to his first wife while he was having an affair with Jennifer.
When she didn’t call the police, after “finding out” Jennifer got murdered , to tell about the bags, she proved her guilt to me..

Fotis had said that their lawyer told them to write down the timeline of their movements , when suspicion immidiately fell on them. Wonder if the lawyer would corrobborate that ?

I remember the nanny testified that the day of Jennifer’s disappearance, she noticed the paper towels missing that she had restocked the day prior… and now we see these paper towels in the Jeep.🤨

Michelle's reaction to the detectives telling her they found Jennifer's bloody belongings in the bags Fotis threw away doesn't seem appropriate. She acts surprised for a minute, puts her face in her hands, but then just carries on with her story. You would think she would show more of a reaction if this was news to her.
Its crystal clear! Fotis was covering his tracks creating an alibi script. And Michelle got caught up in it! The whole thing is sickeningly, disturbingly Tragic! So sorry for those kids and family as a whole. Including the nanny and friends of Jennifer.
And Fotis was cheating on uglo Michelle. So, Fotis is a BORN CHEAT

She definitely was involved not directly to the homicide but at least cleaning and covering so many things after Dulos murdered his wife.

If anyone is wondering why she needs an interpreter, it's clear that her English is good. However, the translator request came in at this trial for no other reason other than her attorneys are setting all the avaialble road blocks to later declare she did not understand all the questions initially posed during the interrogation when she was first questioned. As if the outcome would be different. This is also the reason her attorneys are constantly objecting & being difficult with the Court. If things don't go their way, they can later appeal on many basis including her initial interrogation, Whether they will be successful is an entirely different story. This Judge is well prepared and very careful in crafting his responses to the Defense.
It's clear he did it and he was such a coward he couldn't face the whole world knowing he did exactly what he was accused of. I wish he didn't die just so that we could put him behind bars

She writes, reads, and speaks English just fine, even though she claims to need an interpreter in court. It didn’t stop her from changing font size of a Document about JD’s Psych report, and try to show it to the reporters in the gallery sitting behind her, while it was on her laptop during her trial on Feb. 8th. She has no business having it, it is not in evidence, low blow to a M victim.
If the Judge allows it in, it will only show that Fotis thought it was a good time to make JD disappear. He could say she was depressed and thought she would lose custody of children, so she left her children and possibly un-alived herself. But, she fought for her life in the garage, and his well-layed out plans pointed straight to him and his accomplice(s).
MT knows more.

I grew up as a native born American with Ukrainian being spoken and with the eastern Slavic culture in our home and at all family events. I can understand and speak some Ukrainian even though I was born here. Triconis is is NOT a Spanish name and Venezuela is an immigrant country. She most likely has one Greek parent (father obviously) and is familiar with Greek culture. Fortis didn’t get involved with her for her looks. She is a dog. Jennifer Dulos was beautiful. Btw, I knew a gal from Brazil who looked Brazilian but she had a German last name because her grandfather was a notorious German Nazi who took shelter in South America after the war.

It is a sad situation. Jennifer and Fotis were cheating on his wife. He divorced her and he and Jennifer got married. He and Michelle cheated on Jennifer ...If everyone would just stay faithful when married sure would save families from getting hurt.
Have to wonder if better interrogation techniques would have got a confession out of her.
For example, when she was being questioned about what was in the Fed Ex envelope, she got quiet, trying to think of an answer, and they jumped in too quickly and answered the question for her. I was like NOOOOOO! Let her answer!

What is wrong with Alibi Script? They made everything up. There's video of Fotis leaving his property at 4 something a.m. So, the alibi was all scripted.

Seems true. For example, when the investigators were questioning her, they asked where was Jennifers body? She didn't reply with I don't know. Instead she said "did you look in her house?" Proceeded to ask if they checked in other houses and around the properties....
The shirt they’ve shown is Michelle’s and the white t shirt is Fotus the had Jennifer’s blood on it cause they chopped her up.
They wore Ponchos. He just grabbed that shirt to soak up blood.

We don’t know the lies Fotis told her but ultimately her open affair with a married man who had 5 children, which culminated in the ending of that marriage and the missing mother who is now declared dead is all coming back to haunt her. Doesn’t mean she murdered someone but shows a lack of respect, no boundaries and a person who will stop at nothing to have what she wants even at the expense of a married mother and her 5 children. What a hard life lesson she is facing. It will be interesting to see the verdict the jury decides on.

Not sure why they didn’t use the Jeep & Ford Raptor’s entertainment/informatics system… which all newer cars have.
The “infotainment system” can keep a record of places travelled to, including: when vehicle starts/stops moving, which doors opened, when vehicle was shifted into park/drive, when driving, where it goes, etc… you’d expect them to have done that data retrieval if it was possible.
Also, I’m curious as to why Michelle’s cell phone evidence was kicked out by the court- it says they didn’t have a warrant when they took it, but I’d like to understand that more, since she seemed to be cooperating, despite the inconsistencies, & I’m wondering what LE did “wrong” Bc that cell phone data was likely super helpful. However, it seems they had Fotis’ cell, I believe…

We can't know what terror MT may have felt dealing with an obviously unbalanced man who had just committed murder and had probably been suicidal at the time after the murder. I have been held hostage for about 12 hours with a suicidal/homicidal person, and you will be controlled by your own fear of being killed, because the person who you know, has lost control of themselves, and there is an imminent t danger to the our life. If I hadn't had the opportunity to remove myself from my living situation permanently at the time, I would have never dared to betray them out of fear of their instability. If he confessed to her and then told her that she is the only thread that's holding him together enough to continue his path of apocalyptic destruction; she may have robotically followed his direction, just to try to keep things from becoming even more out of control than anyone but her could know.
Sounds like those 3 pages of time line events, hand written notes… were intentionally planted there as part of a manipulative ploy.

I want to believe Michelle when she said that she didn't know why Fotis was throwing bags out in those receptacles. She appeared genuinely telling the truth, but I feel that at some level, even after the fact, she had to be suspicious of that day. She somehow got caught up in Fotis's manipulations, but her decisions to help him, make her appear she knew more than she told.

MT was arrested and charged 3 different times during the investigation, and long before she was charged with conspiracy to commit murder, there was a plea deal in the works and why she was even talking to investigators with her attorney present. She was a fool not to cooperate and could have put this all behind her as early as August 2019 or 3rd interview. MT still can't/won't admit to her family and the world that she could have saved Jennifer.

She is not on trial for Fotis, her trial revolves around conspiracy to M, and tampering with evidence. But, prosecutors have to show that Fotis was involved with the disappearance and death of Jennifer, in order, to link MT with her involvement.
