If that juror thought this case was like Gone girl they definitely had not heard of this case before
It's NOTHING like "Gone Girl." Are they saying Jennifer is framing them? Ridiculous. She wouldn't have left her children, her mother, her friends. For what? She already had custody of the kids. SHE had the money. What would she stand to benefit by doing that? NOTHING. That is what "reasonable" means and why that word is used so frequently. A 'reasonable' person would see the obvious. And if there's doubt, it has to be "reasonable", not some wild conspiracy theory.

I asked a CT reporter I follow on Twitter about the experience level of the Prosecutor and she answered saying that the lady Pros is #2 at the State Attys office for that district. It couldn’t believe it.
Watching this trial in CT sure is different from other states. Attorneys sure are mellow except when objecting to much.
My daughter is a young attorney so my heart goes out to her and my prayers will go up for her. At least the evidence and truth is on her side.

She left her purse and all its content and her vehicle. This exact same scenario happened in the morphew case In chafe county maysville colorado and also the maya milliette case out of san diego

This case has narcissism written all over it he literally accused her of the exact same thing that he’s done committing suicide to get the last lick. If that’s not narcissistic I don’t know what it is. It’s also a blatant example of guilt.
All I got to say it is, if they can find this girl contributing to this murder, then somebody needs to look into Nicole Kessinger!! Not only did they not arrest her but they spent millions of the taxpayers money, giving her a brand new identity and the DA that let her go needs to be fired and prosecuted himself!!
She is gone hiding and he puts her things into dumpsters around the neighbourhood or whatever he left them, weird, why would he do that if she was hiding somewhere? Why would he kill himself? He is guilty.
The mistress is also guilty, Michelle drove in the truck with him, she knows everything including problably help to plan and disappearence of Jennifer. RIP and hope Michelle is guilty.
Geesh what is wrong with these jurors? Folks are innocent first until proven guilty. This isn’t right. Wonder how the rest of the jurors feel. I mean she may be guilty morally of being a home wrecker but she needs a fair trial on the criminal offense. Let’s see how this plays out
She's guilty as hell. Have you listened to the evidence? She was on video with Fotis while they disposed of bloody clothing and bloody rags (blood was Jennifer's) and MIchelle's DNA was on those bags and inside of one of the bags as well. She helped him clean up the mess he made. He took the easy way out and MT will pay for her part in this. "In for a penny, in for a pound." She helped him, period. It doesn't matter how much she did, a little or a lot, she is complicit. Just like a getaway driver for someone who committed a murder is charged with the murder as well. Or the mob boss ordering a hit. He is charged with the murder along with the person who actually committed it. It's the conspiracy to commit and cover up a crime. She is guilty and the evidence has already proven that in my mind. The jury will see it too. Mark my words! Any reasonable person will see what this evidence points to. Key word, "reasonable." More than enough evidence to convict. I wish they could find Jennifer for her family/children's sake. I pray that eventually those answers will come but they have a great case without it.

That would be…folks are *presumed* innocent *in the eyes of the law*. The presumption of innocence is part of due process which provides guard rails to protect the rights of the accused on what evidence can be allowed and what can be said.

I mean it's not really surprising that they would know where a jamaican restaurant was. In the hartford area. Photos was a frequenter of the Miami Florida community. And i'm sure he had some exposure to jamaican Dominican and island food. So that location In hartford would probably have a population of the same.
