Great video. I bought Andy’s book and am learning a lot from it, BUT watching this video was MUCH easier to understand for setting up the coin shooting program. Thank you.
Nice overview for setting up a US coin program. I set up a very similar program in Park 1 that I like to use in trashy areas (parks, curbstrips, etc), and it’s very effective for eliminating trash by ear without resorting to knocking numbers completely out. Only difference on mine is that I set the upper tone breaks on slightly different numbers to help break up common undesirable targets (certain pulltabs and some caps) by giving them mixed tones, and slightly different tone pitches to suit my ear. Gotta love the flexibility of the Equinox! Anyway, thought I’d let you know that the reason that you couldn’t adjust your tone break in Bin 1 past “9” on the first run through is that the upper end of Bin 2 was still set at the default value of “10” (2:00 to 3:30 min marks), and two tone bins can’t be set to overlap. Once you increase the cap for Bin 2 to a higher value, that allows Bin 1 to be set even higher, but always at least one number below the current value of Bin 2. Thanks for the video!
This is a fantastic video! I have been a coinshooter (yes, in 1964 that's what detectorists who looked for coins were called) for 60 years. HOWEVER -- I did everything with a concentric coil! I could read the dial on my Whites 6000 D Series 3 with precision, and also hear the sound to tell how deep and whether the target was round or not. Sure I was fooled by pull tabs, balled-up chewing gun foil and Ace bandage clamps, but I also dug a LOT of silver and gold. The Equinox 800 is a wonderful machine, but that double D coil had me buffaloed until I bought Andy's book. And even then I could read his words and still not understand how to program the advanced features. This little video showed me how. Thank you!
I just got my 800... used your settings and was able to locate coins in an area that has been hunted extensively. Thanks for the tips...made it a lot easier to move across the ground.
I’ve had my equinox 800 for two weeks now and I’m impressed with it so far. Today I set up Andy’s coin program. It was a bit confusing, but when I figured it out, I hit a park that I thought was picked clean. I came out with a pocket full of clad. I’ve detected this park for the last few years with my Garrett a/t max. This is an awesome program
If you’re new to the Equinox, keep in mind that gold can be anywhere from 3 or 4, even 18 or 19. If you’re lucky enough to find high grade gold it can be much higher. Remember gold jewelry (especially 10k and even 14k) is a mix of gold and other metals.
Well said Dan - the coin shooting program is absolutely just that - focuses on some of the coin target IDs no doubt at the potential expense of some of the gold. Saw an airtest video a gentleman did using the Nox and it was crazy re the different target IDs the various types of gold produced. Am still learning the Nox - very much appreciate the comment- thanks for watching. HH!
That's why you'd adjust park2 and field2 for gold coin and jewelry. They are set up by minelab to be heavy on the higher frequencies associated with gold finds. Park1 and Field1 are heavy on the lower frequencies associated with silver finds.
Just wanted to say thanks for the coin shooter video. Your instructions were clear, and concise. This is the first time I have played with the settings, and I tried it out last night. What I noticed immediately was the nickel notch. I normally might dig two nickels on any given dig. Last nite in about two hours time, I dug 6. It's a good program for coin shooting. Thanks again, Larry ~Dirt Nerds
You bet Larry, thanks for watching and glad it helped. Yeah, nickels are tough on most detectors. On the Nox if I get an 11 I don't dig and if in a park, if she flirts with 14, may pass that up too. Best to circle and if you get solid 11/12, chances are good it's a nickel! HH!
Just set up my Nox 800 yesterday with this custom profile. I was able to pull organ reeds, a heart pendant, and 4 Wheaties from an old site that is COVER with iron targets. Thanks for the tip.
Thanks for this video, the instructions were easy to follow and made setup a breeze. Used this program yesterday on a playground I have hunted numerous times. I cannot believe the difference this program made. One coin after another to include more nickels than I have ever found at one time. Plus I found an awesome Cracker Jack Mystery Coin from the 1930s. Liked and subscribed.
Nothing wrong with that. The 800 is great for that. Stock programs are great AND you can tweak and customize if you wish. Thx for watching. Happy digging!!
Thank you so much. I took a break from detecting for a decade and got the 800. The first week I was swinging in the dark and digging lots of trash. I have ADD and minor brain damage so I new this was not sustainable. Your video made all the difference and I am using metal detecting as a way to challenge my brain to learn new things. I hunt off of old maps using GaiaGPS and am now looking forward to the next hunt. I also appreciate your calm voice and how slow you delivered the directions.
Glad it was helpful Ezekiel. Hang in there buddy and enjoy this wonderful hobby. There are also several very helpful Metal Detecting groups on FB. Be well!
Thank you Adrian. I left my coins with one of your fellow workers at Breakfast snd $20 for you to put towards your metal detector. Thank you snd the staff for such great service.
This setup you did here was magical to my 800 and I thank you so much. Now my 800 broke and I have the 900. So what I guess I’m hoping for is that you come out with another video with this type of magic but for the 900 lol. Thanks again you helped me find so much incredible stuff
Thank you for the feedback. Glad it was helpful. I have a Manticore on order but skipped the 900. It looks however to be a really nice machine. Thx for watching and commenting!
Thanks for sharing. I’m about to test out these settings in a very trashy area. One thing to note, Indian head pennies register as an 18 in park 1, and that’s one of the numbers you’ve discriminated out. Anyway, I’m going to try it out and see how I do. Thanks again and happy hunting!
Time stamp 3:27, Tone one cannot infringe on the area of tone two, you must move tone two’s boundaries then tone one can be moved up to 11 13:10, beaver tail,, Tried shifting to 15 kHz then rotate around the target, if target numbers stay the same or improve it’s a good target, that has worked for me
I'm so glad I found your tutorial. It is so easy to follow your instructions that is set for U.S. coins. I sent in my headphones for repair (NOX800) because I can't charge anymore. I cannot plug the charger into the headphones. It's been eight days and I have not heard back from Minelab, so I am going to order the NOX 600 headphones for a back up and maybe be able to get back detecting sooner. Thanks for your instructions, they were even easy for me to follow.
Appreciate the video I just purchased the Nox 800 I have been using the AT Max, but have to ask isn`t this just an air test & when in the ground VIDs will be different.
Trick with the nickels and bottle caps that hit 13 …. Switch to 5 khz and if it hits a high tone like a quarter it’s guaranteed a bottle cap 👍if it stays low tones then most like nickel but maybe pull tab still
Thanks Rob. I set mine up to these setting but I'm wondering how well this will work in my soil here in New Mexico. We have lots of hot rocks and highly mineralized soil. I'll give it a try and see how it works. I want to do something similar for gold too.
I'm a newby, so take what I say with a lot more than a grain of salt. But, when I went through sequence and saved the new settings to my 'User Profile' I also had to press the 'Detect Mode' button (~5 secs) to restore the 'Factory Preset' for the basic 'Detect Mode'. Maybe this was understood, but I had to do the whole sequence a couple of times before I caught on.
Highly suggest you pick up the book I mention by Andy Scheib. That is where that program comes from and it has been super helpful. Saving any user profile is a great feature but doing a factory reset of course erases any saved user profiles.
@@TheHistoryDigger1 I have Andy's book. I didn't do a complete 'Factory Reset', I just reset (SP) Park 1 after I saved the 'Coin Shooter' settings. Not sure I had to, but it seemed the changes I made remained with the 'Park 1 Detect Mode' and 'User Profile'?
@@TheHistoryDigger1 that's what I thought, but when you're a 'newbie' you're not sure if what your seeing is correct. Thank you for sharing the 'Coin Shooter' settings. I've got it saved and I'll see how it works for me.
How do I save the cherry picking program and the stock Andy's Program so I can go back and forth between the two setups? Because when I followed this video and entered the Cherry picking program it overwrote the stock Andy's Program. Thanks great channel....
I believe you only can save one custom “user profile” at a time however the Nox will retain/remember the last modified setting you made for each mode (park 1, field 2,etc) when you turn on/off. Sodbuster has a good video on this. ua-cam.com/video/xIjHJA-YN5o/v-deo.html
When I turn on my Minelab and it comes up in park one I have set it up and park one then I go to cherry Pickett and I do everything that you show in your video then I cannot go back to the original part one it stays on cherry picking what am I doing wrong
Tim if I understand you correctly are you saving park one as a custom cherry picking program? Are you saying it defaults to that when you turn the machine back on? If you want send me a private email and we can hop on the phone to chat. thehistorydigger@gmail.com
Thanks for watching folks! The winners of the giveaway are listed below in the comments section (The Metal Detectives, Dragonfly Digs and yerdigginit metal detecting). Would ask that they email me with their info by May 16th otherwise the items will be passed on to others. Thanks for watching!
I have a question about the 800 mine lab when you sad the Settings for field one and two and you shut the metal detector off and turn it back on. Does it say your settings?
What would be a good setting for gold/platinum jewelry in a park? The park I want to search has a lot of concerts and sure to have lots of pull tabs and garbage i want to ignore all that.
Unfortunately to find the gold you will need to dig some pull tabs. The target IDs for gold also vary greatly depending on the type and mix of gold. I don't dig much for platinum but take a look at the other UA-cam channel. Hope this helps and thanks for watching. ua-cam.com/video/7h74BtmMD2w/v-deo.html
You can save as a custom user program on the 800 but will need to return park 1 settings to default should you wish to use the factory settings. However toggling back/forth to park 2 or field 1 does not change them. They are still there when you return to park 1.
Elephant in the room. IRON!... On my 800 much of what reads from 17 through 40 is actually iron. That's with the f1 and f2 bias set high, or without. I've tried every conceivable setting I can think of. Now I go to the 5 frequency, then turn on All Metal, but when doing that, there's the risk there's more than just iron in the hole and I suspect I'm passing up items that have iron nearby. I bought the sniper coil, but that hasn't helped at all, either. My view is, if my 800 is like all others, minelab has a lot of explaining to do because it appears to have no way to exclude all the false signals due to iron.
Greetings by any chance can you do a bit on the user profile and how to save the programs that you want and how to recall them after you are done hunting coins, relics, beach or gold hunting for the day. I do not know how to recall the programs that I saved under the user profile and how many it saves. I just bought my minelab on the 29 of last month and I am still in the learning curve of it. by any chance can you do a walkthrough on the U.S coin program on page 75 of that book if possible if possible can you do a walkthrough on the user profile on all of what it does? I forgot to ask you this have you done a circle with your coil on a target to get the ID number right on it? if not give it a try and I think you will be using it all the time to find the target ID number id it rings down in the 12, 13, 14 range of the pull tabs or bever tail tabs. many thanks

Hi question for anyone but in particular Rob! I tried to set up the coin shooting program on my Nox 800 which I bought second hand (all works well) and is just over a year old I believe, but on the first setting mode it wont let me get past the T1 setting and on that it lets me go straight to 11 not just 9 in your vid. So i tried the next one the speaker with 3 lines and that only lets me go to T2? Am confused unless the one you've dem'd is an older model and the newer ones have different settings? Can anyone advise? Rob?
Hi Vince. I’m on the road at Digstock at the moment but do not have my Nox with me. If you’d like pm me at TheHistoryDigger@gmail.com with you phone number. I can call you next week and we can walk through it together if you don’t figure it out by then. To my knowledge I’m running the current version of firmware update but might be wrong.
That depends on the size of the target as well as soil conditions. Generally though the Nox can go quite deep...have found some targets/coins 10-12” deep.
The History Digger 12 inches? but Minelab says for gold prospecting and depending on soil could detect up to 3 meters, thats 120 inches, ten times the depth your maximum coin find. How realistic is this Minelab setting or is EQ800 really fit to detect at that depth if the soil is favorable
If I understand this correctly, you’ve customized the factory settings for Park 1 and saved it as a profile. So now Park 1 is your custom profile no matter if you press the profile button on or off? Is there a way to revert back to factory preset and keep the custom Profile for later use?
Park one will remain park one, he only saved it as a custom and you can now adjust park 1 again and again and reset that profile without erasing the custom one , do not use Factory reset that will also erase the custom profile , your can restore Park 1 or 2 or what ever individually without losing the custom
HELP? I'm trying to find out which edition of this book is the one that I want to get, please? I'm seeing comments on Amazon that they are selling one of the earlier editions (missing key info). Please assist. Great video; Thankyou.
Thank you for taking the time to create this video. On your trash target tests I am curious as to what you may have gotten if you had done a quick cross check using all metal mode on the iffy signals. It may have given just enough of a “grunt” to know that it was a trash target. This setup would be great to use if you have limited time to detect and just want to cherry pick some coins. I have specific coin patterns that I use on my CTX-3030 and E-Trac for the same reasons. When I picked up my Equinox 800 in 2018 I used DirtFishing’s program that was very similar to Andy’s program, but it still allowed you to hear other targets such as jewelry or relics. That video can be found at ua-cam.com/video/_ur0FfDDKUo/v-deo.html . I’ve read Andy Sabisch’s books for the E-Trac and CTX-3030 and he does a great job of explaining the features, settings, and patterns. I still need to pick up his Equinox 800 book as I’m sure I’ll learn a few more things about my detector.

I think I'm missing something, on the page from Andy's book, shown in the video it says to set the tone break from -9 to 2. You are setting it, as I see it, from -9 to 11. Am I not seeing/understanding something???
I set up the program and pushed the “Save” button. It saved the program… but when I press the button gain it does not go back to the standard mode. The program does find a lot more coins.
Hi Aaron - that exactly what they are for. Some folks debate this....you never know given ground conditions and various alloys that make up jewelry but this is as it is stated...primarily for "coin shooting" but discriminating out those specific, trash related target IDs, could also cause one to miss some jewelry. That help?
Well is true the equinox rocks but at first is a pain in the a... being finding Gold and silver everytime alot of rings and mercs but pinpointing Is a little bit hard
New to your channel and subscribed. I liked you video and the fact that you actually showed which button to press and why. What I didn't hear was WHY you notched out 39 and 40. Would this profile be the same on Park 2 ? Also when you store a profile, how do you recall it since I didn't see an ICON for doing so... Thanks, Don in San Antonio
Don this was a program out of Andy Scheib's book. But the reason he notched out 39 and 40...just a bit high even for most silver coins. Also yes, there is a way to save the custom program on the 800. It is on page 33 of the manual but essentially you save by selecting the button on the right side of the machine that looks like a silhouette. Here are some step by step instructions: 1. Select the Detect Mode you wish to use as a basis for your User Profile. Adjust the settings you wish to save. 2. Make sure you are in the Detect Screen, not the Settings Menu. 3. Press and hold the User Profile button on the right side of the control panel. 4. The User Profile icon on the LCD will begin to flash rapidly. It will then remain on and a rising confirmation tone will sound, indicating that the User Profile has been saved. You can save over the User Profile at any time by repeating the above procedure.
I’m new on this hobby,I buy the eqx 800 and set all coin shutting settings you recommend, but I like to know if you have an settings for coins and gold rings in the same sitting?
I tried these settings today, was wondering why the notch out of 39 and 40? I did find some coins, but continued to dig lots of nails. By the way...your videos are amazing!
I don't have experience with the 600 but yes, I believe It can work for the 600. Definitely look into buying Andy Sabisch's book...the program comes from there and is included in the updated book. The difference between the 800 and 600 largely have to do w a few of the customizable settings and the addition of the gold mode.
Thanks for watching this coin shooting video. If you have any tips on how you use your Nox to sniff out coins, please like, subscribe and comment below!
Hi I was set up my machine exactly like You show in video and I find difficult to find silver hammer coins doesn’t show anything so I think something wrong is there Thank You
maciej zielinski I live in the States so I wouldn’t know for sure. Silver coins and jewelry should be around 25 or higher as far as I know. Make sure your sensitivity is at least 20 or 21. Go slow. Also check your recovery speed. A higher recovery speed is great for singling out multiple targets, but you’ll loose depth. A slower recovery speed gives you more depth, but takes a split second longer to separate targets. Again, Go slow. I’ve heard guys say they’ll go over the same area in a different direction to get good coverage. A bigger coil can give you more depth, but it can make targeting more difficult. Cheers.
Hi thanks for the sub. For me those numbers on the nox only generate steel or other type of mechanical hardware. Where I'm located and for this program I'm only shooting for coins vs relics. No US coins register with those numbers.
Congrats! You are one of the winners of the give away contest featured in this video. Pls email me your contact info and I'll get the items mailed out to you. thehistorydigger@gmail.com
Depending on the carat it may pick it up but unlikely....really targeted for quick coin digs in parks. Will try and do a test though and post. Thx for watching and commenting!!
No it at all. You can turn it on, ground balance and use one of the stock programs. Simple. It also has the ability to create more customized programs like the one in this video. It has an all metal mode or you can set the level of discrimination for ferrous items. If that sounds too complex take a look at some of the Garrett metal detector products. Many start with those.
Hello hunter. I love nox 800 .I wish gift for me.from philippines I love hunting gold rings and silver.gud lock for your hunting and keep safe God blessed
@@TheHistoryDigger1The way I read the Manuel, It looks like F2 bias mode is the default iron bias for the all metal mode and FE iron bias is the default for all other detection modes. Your either in FE or F2, but never in both at the same time.

Yes if I understand you correctly that sounds right. That has to do with what is a local vs global setting.
@@TheHistoryDigger1 that's what I thought, but when you're a 'newbie' you're not sure if what your seeing is correct. Thank you for sharing the 'Coin Shooter' settings. I've got it saved and I'll see how it works for me.
I’m taking a day to just chill so basically I am watching all you videos thanks
Outstanding. Enjoy!
HA! I about had a kanipshun fit trying to get to 11.... Im getting a 19-20 on the pop top tab.... But thanks, wonderful explanation !!
@@TheHistoryDigger1 Thanks... I got it all worked out...
Good instructions
I liked the book recommendation Thanks
Hi Tom. Thanks for watching. The book has been a big help for sure!
I learned something today.
If you want send me a private email and we can hop on the phone to chat. thehistorydigger@gmail.com
thank's for the info: bro' I will try this settings on my nox 800, take care, and happy hunting.
You bet Rima - let me know how it works for you. Thanks for watching!
Do you have a setup for a seeded beach hunt? Could use your help
I do not George, sorry.
I’d probably just go w Beach 1, maybe lower the sensitivity a bit and run the recovery speed a bit to the high side.
Good video
Thank you for the great info..happy hunting
Appreciate the watch and glad it was helpful.
Does this program work in field2
And in multi frequency?
I've heard that 5 kHz is a great frequency for silver
It certainly can and yes, sometimes switching to a lower frequency helps with silver targets!
No not unless you save it as a custom program.
Thank you so much for this video! I’m curious why did you discriminate 39 and 40? I’m new lol
Hi Stephane. Thx for watching. Those numbers are normally big iron on the Nox VDI scale.
Once you set it up will the setting change in park one or can you toggle from your profile settings to park one at factory settings
You can save as a custom user program on the 800 but will need to return park 1 settings to default should you wish to use the factory settings. However toggling back/forth to park 2 or field 1 does not change them. They are still there when you return to park 1.
Good review 👌 I'm using my machine most on the beach can I use same setting on the mode beach?
Thanks 🙏
Yes you can on the dry sand but it may depend on the degree of mineralization
I'm gonna try it out and go coin hunt right now.
Where can I find that book
Most dealers sell it. It’s also sold through Amazonnand EBay
Greetings
by any chance can you do a bit on the user profile and how to save the programs that you want and how to recall them after you are done hunting coins, relics, beach or gold hunting for the day. I do not know how to recall the programs that I saved under the user profile and how many it saves.
I just bought my minelab on the 29 of last month and I am still in the learning curve of it.
by any chance can you do a walkthrough on the U.S coin program on page 75 of that book if possible
if possible can you do a walkthrough on the user profile on all of what it does?
I forgot to ask you this have you done a circle with your coil on a target to get the ID number right on it? if not give it a try and I think you will be using it all the time to find the target ID number id it rings down in the 12, 13, 14 range of the pull tabs or bever tail tabs.
many thanks
Thanks for the comments and suggestions!
Very informative,I may just have to try that program some time. 😎⚒👍🎧

Is this with or without the Iron update firmware? THX
Hi Gary I haven't used the F2 update much but this was filmed with the original F1. Thx for the watch and comment!
But how deep with your program does the Minelab 800 go how many inches?
Wasn’t aware there were multiple editions. Mine is ASIN number B07S24YMFY. Would go w whatever is most current.
Thanks - am going to redo this video in the spring. Will try and incorporate that. Good suggestion!
Great video thank you

I think I'm missing something, on the page from Andy's book, shown in the video it says to set the tone break from -9 to 2. You are setting it, as I see it, from -9 to 11. Am I not seeing/understanding something???
I filmed this off his first edition book. Are you referencing that one or his newer one?
Will this also allow me to find lead bullets? Just wondering. Thanks 😁
if you have one you can run a test and see if it does, i assume due to the discrimination all under 11 it won't
I set up the program and pushed the “Save” button. It saved the program… but when I press the button gain it does not go back to the standard mode. The program does find a lot more coins.
Can I ask what the extra discriminations are for? Interested in eliminating extra trash while hunting for coins in the US!
Hi Aaron - that exactly what they are for. Some folks debate this....you never know given ground conditions and various alloys that make up jewelry but this is as it is stated...primarily for "coin shooting" but discriminating out those specific, trash related target IDs, could also cause one to miss some jewelry. That help?
Well is true the equinox rocks but at first is a pain in the a... being finding
Gold and silver everytime alot of rings and mercs but pinpointing
Is a little bit hard
Did you ever do the "Part 2" for this video? Thank you
No unfortunately I have not. Machine had some issues and then COVID hit, etc. sorry.
Here are some step by step instructions:
1. Select the Detect Mode you wish to use as a basis for your User
Profile.
@@TheHistoryDigger1 Thanks for the feed back and I'll continue to learn as days go by. Just finding clad so far. :)

Thx. Did you adjust iron bias at all?
@@TheHistoryDigger1 I used the exact settings you used. Should i keep adjusting Iron bias? Also, are you using the newest update or older version?
@@jasonburris4426 This was filmed with the newest update. Yes, I would try to increase iron bias. It helped but I did still hit a few nails.
Can you please make a coin shooting program for the Equinox 900
I have a manticore on order but afraid I’ll probably skip the 900. It sure looks like a nice improvement though over the 800.
Great video Really helped!!
Glad it helped!Thx for watching.
9 & 10 are Tombac buttons for me. I wouldn't want to notch them out.
Exactly- this was a US based program but you can adjust as needed. Thx for watching.
I have thoughts of getting a simplex next interesting to see how it goes up against the equinox 800!
I have both simplex is an awesome machine for the money
Simplex is the preferred entry-level machine for beginners.
excelente... thanks

So every time we go on Park one we will get this setting I assume
Only if you do not save it to your custom program setting
Hi, was the liberty silver coin a quarter or half dollar?
Sorry - that was a 2018 American Eagle silver dollar.
Great video! Thanks
Glad you liked it Ed. Thanks for watching!
Thank you sir. 😁
I thought your settings were interesting, but I am afraid to notch out 16.Thanks
Lol...I hear ya Ron! Thx for watching!
good info
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching!
Is this only for the 800?. I just bought the 600
I don't have experience with the 600 but yes, I believe It can work for the 600.
Hi
I was set up my machine exactly like You show in video and I find difficult to find silver hammer coins doesn’t show anything so I think something wrong is there
Thank You
maciej zielinski I live in the States so I wouldn’t know for sure. Cheers.
hi, subscribed! why do you eliminate 39 and 40?
Hi thanks for the sub. For me those numbers on the nox only generate steel or other type of mechanical hardware. Where I'm located and for this program I'm only shooting for coins vs relics. No US coins register with those numbers.
I run a bit different for my coin hunt program. there are some similarities though.
Thanks for watching. Feel free to post any ideas re your program. Great to share and learn from others. Be safe and happy digging!

Hay man milt here will that work for a trashy area milt
Yes, it won’t eliminate all trash but if you are primarily hunting US coins give it a try.
how i wish i can have sample of that please
Hi Caira. Thx for watching!
Fine for coins.. but that random wedding band lost while throwing a ball won't be found if you knock out the teens.
Totally correct - this is for the quick, fast hunt in a park when one is looking for clad or old silvers.
Test it on a gold coin, and gold ring
Depending on the carat it may pick it up but unlikely....really targeted for quick coin digs in parks. Will try and do a test though and post. Thx for watching and commenting!!
Romans come in between 15 and 18 and gold chains and other parts of gold come in Low 10s
Correct. This program will miss those. It is a US coin shooting program and is not intended to find jewelry.
Is it that hard to set to detect? Is there a adjustment for ferous and non ferrous metals? Simple.
Top !!!!
Hello hunter. I love nox 800 .I wish gift for me.from philippines I love hunting gold rings and silver.gud lock for your hunting and keep safe God blessed
No F2 iron adjustment, hmmm. Andy
This was posted prior to the 3.0 update. I now use this with FE at 3 or F2 at 1. What are your thoughts?
@@TheHistoryDigger1 Sounds about right to me.
@@TheHistoryDigger1The way I read the Manuel, It looks like F2 bias mode is the default iron bias for the all metal mode and FE iron bias is the default for all other detection modes. Your either in FE or F2, but never in both at the same time.
