Well if you weren't quite awake when you got there, I bet you were after the splash down!. Get back to you on the coffee, have to calculate how many teaspoons there are in a $14 can!. we did have a couple of beatiful days there for a short while, it was great to see the sunshine!. And great to see out in it! Cheers Mish!
The can is definitely the most efficient solution!! 😎 Yup, weather back to 💩 again, we just can’t win but I guess I’ll catch up on some housework tomorrow in lieu of being able to film. 😂 Cheers Wayne!
Good evening Mish, wonderful to see you out hunting again. It is getting very busy on the Sydney beaches now, so I am staying away. Maybe some late night low tide hunts.. but I just can't deal with the crowds and nosey people staring at me or asking questions. I love digging those $1 and $2 coins, but typically find them on the shelly/rocky smaller beaches which are very few and far between. The big expansive beaches are had work and often come home empty handed. A coffee near me is usually about $3.50, some places are $3 or $4. I don't like to pay any more, not worth it when I can make a double shot espresso at home for a matter of cents.
Almost 10.00 that would be great for me, when I go detecting I find metal of some sort. I think I found a nickel once 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣 I really haven’t gone out much, due to nerve damage and pain in my feet. Hope to go soon, tired of being in the house. Have a beautiful weekend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💗💗💗💗💗
Great hunt ! Coffee here in Connecticut for a medium regular coffee is $2.50 plus tax. Other special coffees are a lot more. Winter is coming getting cold to get out detecting
Hi Mish, it looked like a lovely day at the beach. I'm just enjoying my morning coffee (it's Saturday morning here) in my Dirt Fish Mish coffee mug (available in the merch store). You were in the money today. Now I'm going to see what the coffee bush kid found. Take care, John
I just finished it an hour ago, thought about scheduling for the usual time (but tomorrow) but.... nah, I'm going to have a sleep-in for a change. Cheers Lee!! 😂🤙
Coffee is about 2,75 $ Canadian for your average large coffee at the donut shop, corner store or "petrol station" ( we say gas station here :) 6$ or more for fancy coffees and Starbucks! The Canadian 1$ coin's ( Loony) first run was in 1986. 2$ started in 1996. How fun it is to have those coins to dig up right? Great hunt Mish! Cheers from Montreal!
Great beach hunt Mish , weather looked fabulous , a coffee from Tim Hortons medium with cream is $3.00 Canadian. I think your nox 800 was your coin finder today. Cheers!!
Here's a compliment from the coast of California -- your narration is fun but also instructive so it makes your vids educational. (Lived in Sydney for five years)
G,day DFM👍 the Nox 800 is a great detector ive found plenty of gold with her, shes treated us good over the years. some good finds for you enough for lunch and plenty of trash removed👍👍 see you on the next hunt💍👍
G’day mate, you’re right, she’s a proven machine for sure. Thanks for being there for our friend in recent days too, I really appreciate all you’re doing for him. 😊 Cheers!!
I've been watching your videos for a while and finally subscribed. I love watching and hearing your comments. You are always so happy, even when finding trash. I get frustrated when I find too much trash. Good for you. I wish the US would get rid of paper $1 and $2 and use coins. Between watching you and R Dogg in British Columbia, it amazes me how many $1 and $2 coins you both find. That adds up fast. Keep it up and I can't wait for the next video.
Hi Scott, glad to have you on board! I try to showcase the hobby in the same light that I saw it - as a means to get out of the house, enjoy the outdoors and hopefully come home with a surprise or two as well. All the better that I can leave places cleaner than they were when I arrived. That’s not to say that I don’t have the occasional tantrum over trash off-camera 😂 Cheers!!
@@DirtFishMish It's good to learn that you are human, too! Of course, finding that one great item erases the frustration. I love your beautiful smile, too.
Oregon yank here, you have large coins there in Australia, if I was to find a coin that big I would be looking at a silver dollar or a .50 cent piece. Great video, thanks!
Really enjoy the time and effort you take to show the vdi numbers and thoughts you have on what the targets might be, before digging them up. Very useful! Unfortunately I didn't get out for a detect myself this weekend, so your video was very welcome. Cheers Mish 😊
Hey Mish, glad to see you are back searching - always enjoy your calming voice and great videos. As you asked - 2.5 - 3e for a cup of coffee in Ireland. Beach hunting season for coins is great between May and September after it's just barely getting for coffee.. :) Happy hunting!
It sounds as if our coffee prices are roughly equivalent! My area is the same - coffee money on the beach is typically only guaranteed during the peak summer season, otherwise it’s far more lead than money. 😂 Happy hunting!
Hey Mish, Been enjoying watching your videos from Alabama, USA. Our coffee round here is still around $2.00 unless you go to Starbucks which I couldn't really tell you how much it would cost you there, probably $6.00! LOL Keep up the good work!
Hi Mish good day for coffe jiji lol wishing you lots of luck to find that huge gold nugget some day enjoyed your video thankyou Mish stay well waiting for the next one .😊
love the video's and all the finds! coffee in Holland about the same price! just started detecting... found a cap, pulltap and 1 euro and 25 cent... so, no coffee for me. will keep digging ;) happy diggings!
Welcome to the hobby! Finding coins already is a great start, I wish you many more successes...and definitely some coffee money! Have a lovely weekend :)
C’mon Mish, the water isn’t cold once your feet turn blue and you lose all feeling in them! 😉🥶😁 I do love the ripples in the sand, quite pleasing to my eyes. ☺️
Cheers Brett, it's one big happy family of detecting equipment here 😁 I did not expect to find even one coffee's worth in this spot so it was a good surprise!!
Howdy Mish, It's been awhile since I got to see you digging up coffee money. I enjoyed every minute of it. The beaches you go to are amazing. The coffee at McDonalds in the US costs a dollar (any size) and believe it or not its very good. Coffee at Dunkin Donuts which is also very good costs $2.00 to $2.50 and you can get donuts with it (yum). Coffee at Starbucks costs $3.00 to $5.00 dollars but isn't much better than McDonalds or Dunkin Donuts. I average about $1.50 in a 3 hour hunt in the small town parks I can go to around here. That would include 30 to 40 pennies. I still go to Dunkin Donuts cause you can get donuts with your coffee (yum). Anyhow take care and have some fun this week. Your buddy, Roelf
I think I'd make the same decision as you and head to Dunkin out of those options! The franchise used to exist over here when I was much younger, however several years ago they fully pulled out of Australia. We do have Krispy Kreme though. Cheers Roelf :)
Nice hunting Mish! I am in Maine, USA, and we can get a coffee at McDonalds for $1. I prefer Starbucks frozen coffee, but it is $7, so I don't get them very often. Enjoy the weather!!
Our 7-11 stores were doing $1 coffee but the last I heard, they were going to have to increase it. McDonald’s definitely costs more here. Sadly the weather is back to torrential rain again 😅 but hopefully predictably nice soon!! Cheers.
Here in Canada, it costs $2.35 for a large double double . I toss my money in a jar and let it accumulate for the year. At the end of the season, I use the coins to buy the wife and I coffee and tea till it runs out.
Great hunt Mish some nice coffee money congrats. The weather will have to warm up a heap to get in the water it has been cold down there , I flew out bak to work and it is mid 30 every day it is still nice to come home to some cooler weather 😀. Look forward to the next video 🍺🍺👍👍
Hi Mish, so glad it's warming up for you maybe soon you can go diving, cool and guess what we had another Hurricane this time on the East coast of Florida. Very rare a storm like that in November. fun video as always, Love from Florida, USA
The sports oval next to my house which ive done 6x and taken 250$ off and dozens of pennys..... must gave me 4x sliver coins in a 2mtr circle ( shillingsx2, 3pencex2). Digging over 1ft down, and diggin all 20-29 signals is hard work, but pays eventually. Equinox 600 + carrot.
Hi Chris, I typically use the XP Deus 2 as I find it the most ergonomic for long digs, however I only have the 9" coil for it so sometimes the Equinox is more efficient to cover a wider patch of ground. I like the challenge of using multiple machines :) Cheers!
Hola amiga, te felicito por tu vídeo y por tus buenos hallazgos en ese hermoso lugar, éxito en sus aventuras, te envío un gran abrazo desde Chile 🇨🇱🙋♂️👏👍
This was filmed a few years ago sorry, by the looks of the thumbnail I was in Beach 1 with a relatively high sensitivity setting, beyond that I cannot remember sorry. This machine is no longer in my collection as I had to make room for some others. :) Thank you for watching!
Hi there! There’s definitely options out there - if beach is where you plan to go, look for waterproofing and multi-frequency as base options and watch videos with those machines to see if you like the interface and sounds. Unfortunately I’m a little out of touch with the latest ranges and what they’re called, sorry. Also don’t forget to check second-hand sales on Facebook or similar, you can save hundreds that way and sometimes the machines are as new simply because the owner never got into the hobby. Best of luck 😁
what i find interesting is your high value $1, $2 coins read the same as the £1, £2 coins in the UK. I wonder if the lower coins match as well. Well i should have waited till the end before posting this comment, as at 9:50 up comes a 20c at 16

Thank you, Louis! Our currency is mostly copper, it lasts very well in the ground but the $1/$2 do corrode when found at the beach. Have a lovely week 😊
Appreciate your cheerful attitude....🌹🕊️☝️🙏🕊️
