But when it goes into the shop for something major, under warranty that’s expensive you’ll be waiting a year for a part. I’ve been waiting a year now for a new infotainment unit since mine is causing a parasitic drain on my battery and stopping the remote app functions also from working. Still no eta. Eight months ago they said it would be soon six months ago they said it would be soon a few months ago they said the part should arrive soon and now they tell me no ETA I find this very hard to believe and would not recommend buying one of these products since they can’t seem to get parts to repair a vehicle

Genesis looks nice on the outside BUT...their navigation system doesn't work. Want to know what I have to do to get the navigation system to work....? I have to order something that isn't available or download the update which then asks questions that I would have no idea what the question means. There's no luxury about that.
