The reason the spotify advert works in this one is because it works for the story. Pressing play on a spotify playlist is what you do when there is no DJ. It's what you do when you want to put the least amount of effort into controlling the music in a room, therefore even if Amir didn't have a chronic fainting problem, at best he would be an unnecessary DJ.
Not saying there was anything wrong with it, to be fair. Just pointing it out. They actually do it a lot better than most channels, who make it incredibly blatant.

So what if he is friends with Amir and Amir nicknamed him Mickey so throughout the season when the camera was with some other character on the office Andy was making one of these calls to get a Dj for the wedding
I feel that the amount of times they say Mickey is a reference to that song, "Hey, Mickey, you're so fine, you're so fine, you blow my mind, hey Mickey."
