From what I've seen from Competitive BT3 matches the players hardly get to perform their ultimates due to not having enough time to charge into max power so I'm assuming Ultimates don't really matter competitively Also funny enough in Moded BT3, Vegeta's final explosion changed into a Cinematic attack with insane range and can't be dodged or interrupted while keeping Vegeta's health and doing insane damage I wonder how will this Majin Vegeta effect the meta with this version of Final Explosion@@_jagger1407

huh. I noticed that ssj4 gogeta isn't ignoring broly super armor in the prototype. typically characters who are canonically as strong as or stronger than ssj3 can stagger giant/super armor opponents in the final game. maybe it wasn't implemented yet...
There was no limit to it in terms of basic attacks either. Usually even slightly stronger characters only take a few punches to stagger, but SSJ 4 Gogeta did not stagger him at all
Taikenbans are basically demo discs, and they've been a thing for as long as the Sega Saturn days, I think. So that would explain why there's only 17 characters. It's less of a prototype, and more of a demo build of the game.

In a different video I saw some of them and believe I saw a lot of BT2 animations in place for certain characters on super attacks, and some of them were not finished at all. That said, it just seemed like a build of the game with mostly everything there, but no polish to it. It is cool, but nothing super big
Please, keep the right aspect ratio of 4:3 if you are not using any good widescreen hacks, second you should change the settings in the emulator because the picture is wrong here and that also hurts, also the mouse is annoying and why are there even black bars on top and bottom and a big fat "Warden" on the left that is just too big?
Wrong, in BT2 you CAN boost your attacks, every B1, B2 e UB have a boost feature, but not displayed on screen, some of then none but others like Vegeta's blasts and Gohan's Blasts have it (and Kamehameha too).
I don't think ssj4 gogeta does that much more damage than usual, he really got overhyped by people. You should watch globku's learning of tenkaichi 3 tier lists. A lot of people have that misconception.
What's up with the shadowing effects of characters in Super Saiyan and all that? I've seen this in a few other BT videos and I don't remember them at all from when I played the games before.

It's an emulation issue that can be easily fixed. Putting that aside, this video was massive clickbait. The only substantial change thats "INSANE!" is that Gogeta's older ultimate looked better, but it looks like the beam has a smaller radius and doesn't "strike", just like the anime. I guess this was cut off because of how underwhelming and impractical it was, kind of like Adult Gohan's failed Masenko.
@@jesser5138 In video settings (I'm using PCSX2 1.6, but should be the same or quite similar on other versions) Toggle "Enable HW Hacks" then go to "Configure Hacks" leave everything as it is except the "TC Offset X and Y" Try some combinations yourself, since It vary on your screen resolution, maybe start with y:350 x:350, you'll probably notice immediately the visual change If something else break try to disable everything in "Configure Hacks" except Texture Offset, actually some of those settings fix many graphical glitches (but sometimes create others) you have to try and see
You can acess all the characther by modding the duel mode files and replacing with the completed one😅 even with tools like sparkling studio you can do that, that what vive did to research it when the iso was first reveladed in the bt3 internacional community discord
@@_jagger1407 In fairness. It can be a pain in the ass finding the CrC depending on the version of pcsx2. So they could actually setup the Pnach file properly.
@@Nightxx9199 Except it really isn't. In older versions, the CRC is displayed when opening the Console option in PCSX2. In newer versions however, it's even easier. Just by going to Tools -> Edit Cheats, the emulator can make a pnach file with the correct file name if not present.
