    These sesame cakes are the easiest breakfast cakes you’ll ever make. They come together with just two ingredients and bake into a crunchy or chewy texture, making it hard to stop at just one. The sesame cakes are vegan (dairy-free, egg-free), grain-free (gluten-free), soy-free, nut-free, and refined sugar-free.

    I don't know. It's rather complicated. Can we trim it down to one ingredient? 😂❤

    Here is my after thought. Your recipe worked and tasted great! Then, on the next batch, I used half as much sesame (The ideal ratio of calcium to phosphorous is 2:1). Getting the calcium/potassium ratio right is why I reduced the amount of sesame, but it also tasted amazing and not that different. Overall, combining the right proportion of potassium with calcium (both have both, but not in the right ratio's). It takes some math, but I think going to the trouble to get the ratio right, could be a game changer from the point of view of nutrition and health, if eaten on a regular basis. Plus it is less expensive. I used a convection oven/air fryer, set at 320 degrees F for twenty minutes. Nothing wrong with your recipe, but my oven cooks differently. In conclusion, I think you have created something really really really special here, kiddo. AND AND AND I have a new fun idea to share with you. If rolled out pretty thin, this recipe might make great crackers! Going to try that tomorrow. God bless. Keep doing what you are doing!

      @@NutritionRefined~ Please be careful of the alligators and there have been more sightings of huge poisonous snakes, as well as more alligator attacks, and more bears have been showing up in Florida...i honestly don't know how people live with alligators all over the place...Even though i'm a staunch vegan, i think they should do away with all gators and crocs, all over the world...i find it strange how most people want to protect the dangerous animals, like gators, but don't mind torturing and killing the innocent animals used for food...i once came across a lady on Facebook who poaches alligators to make purses, and at the time i didn't approve of that, but i have to say i've changed my mind when it comes to them...They are just left to roam freely while humans have to be cautious...They are monsters...They literally can get into anything, climb trees, fences, get into houses, etc...Life isn't perfect here on Earth, that's for sure...🥂🌲🍓

    Hi❣️Great recipe. I was wondering if you could make crackers with your recipe and instead of the oven , dehydrating the dough to make it raw.😊❤

    • @NutritionRefined
      @NutritionRefined  5 місяців тому

      Yes, I have tried dehydrating these with success :) Someone has already commented either here or on my blog that they successfully made crackers with this recipe, so that should work too.

      @@NutritionRefined It's the same as the puffed rice cakes. Instead I purchase them in buckwheat or buckwheat and quinoa from a company called Nature's Element. They are really expensive from that company.

    Man... Let me start off by saying damn those are good sesame cakes. Unsolicited-Food-Critic got a little too uppity in this one but man... Energy-Bar-Lady shut him Doooowwwnnnn with the honey interjection.
