In the past few months, I have tried different workout styles, but it turns out that pilates is what suits me best. Your workouts are still challenging and sometimes even very much much but after it, I feel energized and flexible and gentle burn in my all body but I never have sore muscles. I can see improvements in my all body, but love handles is not changing... Can one with pilates correct the bow legs shape (when bow legs starts down from knees () :)?
For sure, try the 10 days of love challenge for the love handles. Often it's just a matter of losing enough weight though so please make sure you're eating healthy, sleeping enough, drinking water and reducing stress too. Hi Hannah! That was a real treat after yesterday's tough butt workout. Just a question about the kneeling push up. Should my elbows be bending out or backwards towards my knees? Thank you!
Hi Laura, it depends on which muscles do yo want to work more. With elbows backwards towards your knees , it will go more on your triceps (and your chest). With elbows bending out, you will work mostly your chest. I personally like the first version. Hope it helps
