Since I am occupied in the tourism industry, those six months to come are valuable to me. In my country, summer season starts in April, worst case scenario, May and now I know that IF everything goes well, the business I am working for is SLOWLY opening in June. Hi Reagan, great question! Please, it's typical that people who can't sit cross legged sit on a pillow or some sort of raised device. Depending on your mother's health and comfort level a stool could make sense. Just please be careful on the side reaches and other activities that require some balancing balancing because we wouldn't want her falling down! A chair could maybe work better in that situation!
Hi Dileep! Most people are going to see results within 1 - 4 weeks if they do Pilates 3 or so times a week. Of course, everyone is different so have to play it by ear too. Would focus more on finding a routine you enjoy though, maybe with Moving Mango and maybe doing other things too, and sticking with it. Results are a product of process, and need to workout consistently to see them 💛
