    Since I started your workouts about 3 months ago I have noticed definite improvements in tone and definition of my legs (especially my thighs) and arms and it's now starting to show in my core. My lower back seems a lot stronger as well! I am so pleased! Thank you Hannah!!

    Hello! Hello sweet Hannah!!! so pleased to have it done once again!!! Yesss, as I told you since 3 days my neck hurt me and my back too: Yesterday I received an "ayurveda massage" for decreasing my pains, and it worked. So this morning, I was so happy to practice Pilates with joy and fun!!! Thank you sweet friend to offer me all the help that I need!!! Have a wonderful weekend(already!!! the time goes too fast!!) with Bur and your husband in Love and Light! Namaste.
