@@CGplay186 Only a handful of leaders have ever been officially charged with war crimes or crimes against humanity, though many would likely qualify. You need more than vague accusations to convict someone though, you need serious evidence. A world leader has to do something really idiotic like confessing their crimes on TV like Putin did.
Former Kosovo president Hashim Thaci is currently being tried, Charles Taylor will spend the rest of his life in prison. The former head of state of Khmer Rouge-era Cambodia, Khieu Samphan, faced trial in two separate cases and is currently serving a life sentence. Hissene Habre, former leader of Chad was sentenced to life and died in prison. While he never went to trial Gaddafi did eventually pay the price for his crimes at the hands of his own people.

@@seyhan307 His biggest mistake was beleiving the West and that the Minsk Accords would be agreed to, he was furious with himself when Merkel let slip they had no intention of ever honouring the Minsk Accords it was just to buy time to train and equip Ukraine to attack Russia.
Putin might think it was a mistake to not prepare the invasion better. But he always had the imperialist pretention, and he's 70 (and might have Parkinsons), so time is ticking.

The point being made is while the Russia economy may be poor comparatively from when they first invaded its not yet a full scale war economy like Ukraine is. Putin wishes to shelter his big cities while drawing this war out as long as possible

Okay, I will give you one better: Latvian Prime Minister (actual leader of the country, unlike Medvedev) says "Russia delenda est" which translates "Russia must be destroyed". Why don't you go ahead and list all the countries Latvia has invaded. Saying Russia must be destroyed is like saying Germany must be destroyed during WW2, nobody would be saying it if those countries would stop invading and trying to annex their neighbors.

The Constitution of Ukraine has not been ratified by the people of Ukraine, that is, there is no legal force to enforce this constitution, regional councils have not confirmed territorial integrity. Crimeans did not vote for the constitution, did not confirm it in a referendum, therefore only the territorial integrity of Crimea is important to them. Crimeans are fighting for the territorial integrity of Crimea, not for the territorial integrity of Ukraine, the same applies to other regions of Ukraine. Territorial integrity has not been confirmed by the people of Ukraine, because Ukrainians did not vote for the constitution that was feudally imposed on them by the Kyiv regimes.

The constitution was adopted and ratified at the 5th session of the Verkhovna Rada, the parliament of Ukraine, on 28 June 1996. The constitution was passed with 315 ayes out of 450 votes possible (300 ayes minimum)
