    Great video man . It answered a few questions I had on some of the attachments but I mainly clicked on your video is to see the durability. Man that rack looks great after 3 years of lifting !

    Beautiful! I have the monster version just delivered. I wasn’t sure that the trolley arms could be used with this!!

    This is an amazing review. So glad you did this. For me, the fact you've had this gear for 3 years really drives home the quality and robustness of the gear.
    So I've ordered the foldable Monster series rack, 41.5" like yours. I'm really glad you got the spotter arms. I ordered those as well, as there's no way I'm going to crush myself doing heavy bench, or hold back on heavy squat day. Here's my question. Rogue does not recommend using the spotter arms with the foldable racks. Having yours for 3 years, I bet you've put some heavy ass weight on those. Have they EVER given you any reason to question their safety, or the precision of your install. If I'm in the hole on squat days with 405, and I fall on my last set, or it slips off my back, etc, AS LONG as I've done the proper install, can I feel good about trusting those?
    Seriously guy, thanks so much for taking the time to do this excellent video. It was awesome!!

      @@jeremystenger430 save yourself some money and get the PR4000 or the PR5000 from rep, it’s the exact same quality for less price. Absolutely phenomenal build quality and rack all around.

    Cool video but I really wanted to see those trolley leverage arms in use:(
    Anyway I think this video answer my question about these arms..
    Whenever you need the uprights for something else like benching, squating or to attach other accessories to uprights you just keep the arms down out of the way right? Also did you get the longer ones or the shorter ones?
    I been watching videos and doing research day and night about which race to get. Been looking at pro, the one u have, the r3, the hr2 half rack and also to the full rogue wall mount foldable rack.
    Did not even know they had a full foldable rack:)
    Don't know which one to get. Looking for a space saver or slider option. I have the space for a full rack but I am still thinking 🤔

    Just an idea, as u said that u dont use the middle part of the Rack, maybe try and put the bar that came with the unit at bottom to add more stability to the unit. (Dont put the bar in the bottom front cause it will messed with ur set up but more bottom/middle) I'm pretty sure that will help stabilize a little bit more.

    I guess if you wanted to use the spotter arms inside the rack, you’re going to need the 41” option. Yeah, Rogue doesn’t recommend it, like you said, but something is better than nothing, right? I had not considered that. Thanks for the great review.

      Yes, but to tighten them up a bit I added that pullup bar to the middle of the rack to get rid of any wobble

    Nice set up. I have a prx wall foldable rack a Rogue pull up bar, another station with 3x3 rogue strips with matador attachment, land mind attachment and band station, a separate valor lat pull down machine.
    Been Thinking about getting the pr 5000v2 rack to consolidate everything in one rack instead of having everything separate. I also wanna get the rogue leverage arms to use with pr 5000v2. However, i have to sell my prx rack and buy a different rack to use them. Don't think I can use them on my 3x3 prx rack...
    I Just don't know if I should just replace the prx rack with a rogue wall rack and leave everything like it is right now or buy pr 50000v2 full rack with lat atrachment and this way i have everything in one place/station🤔🤔

    Also are the uprights touching the ground? If so would they scrape the floor when you move them ?

      The uprights are touching the ground, with a hard plastic cap on them.... when you fold it in, you pick up and fold.... no scraping on the floor.... hope that helps

    Hey I’m looking to get this BUT my garage rails are in the way. The website says it has a post height of 93” but with my garage open I’ll only have 85” you think I could cut off the 7” and it not affect me mounting it to the wall? Wasn’t sure about how the side rails mount to the posts

    Where is the multi grip pull up bar from?

  • @Ali-ox2vb
    @Ali-ox2vb 3 роки тому

    Is the only way to fit the pull up bar is to insert it from the top? Because I see those bolts would prevent it from going much lower. I was hoping to frequently move it up and down to do inverted rows as well

      It will slide on anywhere you want to put it, just need to put it in at an angle, then straighten it out and put the pins in.

    Could you comfortably do bench presses with a 21.5 inch? I don't have space for the 41.5 inch but don't want to spend money on something that I can't squat and bench with.

    • @btwsox83
      @btwsox83 3 роки тому +1

      I have the 21.5 inch and have no issues with any lifts. Only real benefit I see of the 41.5 is being able to lift inside the rack vs outside.

    • @JohnDoe-rs4fl
      @JohnDoe-rs4fl 3 роки тому

      What Bill said. The real concern is how long your safeties are. You're always going to have 24" spotter arms whether you have clearance on the inside (41.5) or you have to put them on the outside (21.5).

    If you fail a big squat does it damage the wall ?

    • @CurlsintheRack
      @CurlsintheRack  3 роки тому +1

      no... (as long as you use a stringer) most of the force is directed down through the uprights, very little pull on the cross members attached to the wall.
