I personally think small snippets of gold like this, would be good for Keto-Pro exposure, well executed by Stephen & Richard, put down in layman’s terms, made it easier to digest.(pardon the pun.)

I'm pre-diabetic but I'm having a hard time giving up the keto treats. 😥

Thanks for watching Susan! It can be difficult for sure, the Keto treats are certainly better than other, nasty stuff on the market. What I have found that works particularly well is intermittent fasting, or eating slightly more in your keto main meal to help fight the need to snack on the treats. - Ryan, Keto-Pro Shop Team

Not sure about T1 diabetes being hereditary or caused by diet , my daughter as T1 from the age of 10 (now 30)
No sign of any other family member having T1 and her diet was just a typical 10 year old diet (mainly sausages I remember)

@kbsub Many thanks for the comment. A large portion of people who suffer from type 1 diabetes at a young age have no previous family connection, but our genes can increase risk factors and give our children a pre-disposition to developing the condition. Adults who develop type 1 usually do so from being type 2 (Diet). Whether type 1 or 2, managing them are both the same, the less carbohydrate we consume, the less our requirement for insulin. I have not suffered with type 1, but I do work with many, I did however suffer with type 2, once clinically obese suffering from a myriad of health conditions, on lots of medication, I am now free from all conditions and medications. Thanks again for commenting, have a great evening, Rich
