    Another great video. Would really like to see photos of when you started compared to now and hear you talk about your 'journey' (for want of a better word)from the first go up to now. I keep trying and then giving up and then trying again. I can't get consistency. Just when I think I'm there it all goes bad and I go back to the straighteners. Been on and off now for over 12 months and still craving the everyday good looking waves that keep escaping me 😢

      Thanks so much Nicola glad you enjoyed it 🥰 have you seen this video - Wavy Hair Transformation | 1 Year Update | 2A B Waves & Curls

      I think there is another video I’d like to make about how I treat my waves now vs how I did when I first started out so might start planning another update video x

    I'm really curious about seeing a comparison between the bounce curl brush and a cheaper dupe. I saw a few on Temu and my budget doesn't allow me to spring for the original brush, so if it doesn't go against your ethical code, I'd be really interested to learn if there's any meaningful difference

      Hey, I was thinking of doing a comparison of the bounce curl brush against say a denman or boar bristle brush but I hadn’t planned to buy a ‘dupe’ I’m afraid. That said one of the lovely ladies who subscribes to my channel has just left a comment about her dupe possibly being better than the bounce curl so maybe that’s helpful to know x

      I've brought the dupe from amazon and it was only £8 to see how I got on with it and I loved it so I brought the bounce curl volume brush and they are very similar except the bounce curl volume brush has more edges both of them work brilliantly they look nearly identical I've left a review on amazon

      @@blondiejam924 thanks for sharing your experience with them! yeah, I was guessing as much, I think, the magic is in those edges and creating enough tension in the hair when brushing. there's no reason why the bounce curl should be significantly better in terms of results, but does it feel significantly more "premium" when used?

    Another important criterium: how long do the curls hold

    • @Tori_Hunter
      @Tori_Hunter  2 місяці тому

      I'm with you, I want hold from my curl cream but almost every single person who replied to my posts said it wasn't important to them!

    I'm just trying the Aussie work that curl leave-in defining curl cream so far I'm liking it and it's hydrating and smells lovely and it doesn't weigh my hair down and it's a good price .I have been using the cantu curl activator cream I only use a very small amount and I add water it's very moisturising I like both

      I’m curl cream obsessed- honestly if I could only use one product it would 💯% be a CC!
      I just saw your comment about the bounce brush - sorry you haven’t fallen completely head of heels with it but as you say maybe with more use? I’m going through a phase of loving my denman again 😆

    Another lovely video Tori. I really like the Boots curl creme and I actually like the smell. I am going to buy the Ouai to see what I think of it. When you apply the product and pulse your hair, I can see you have parted it down the back. When you have finished pulsing your hair, do you then leave your hair to dry like that or put some of it at the back? Hope that makes sense. X

    • @Tori_Hunter
      @Tori_Hunter  2 місяці тому +1

      Hey Fifi, thanks so much, glad you enjoyed it 😊 i wish i liked the smell because then it would be the perfect curl cream and an absolute bargain!
      I only really did that method to make sure i kept the hair separate normally I wouldn’t separate down the back in that way as it can cause separation. I like to gather all my curl clumps and scrunch them together for a better finish that doesn’t look ‘piecey’…I hope that makes sense?! X
