- I got me some XGRN last year and didnt get to use it. Now that I need some N and K as well as a solid spring green up, it's time to calculate how much my spreader will throw down.

I just threw down some old school 818 last week with the DLX Scotts spreader. I think I used setting 6, and it worked out perfectly.
I can't wait to try new 8-1-8. I ended up using 5 and it worked for me but I was using the Pro
Who needs logic 🤔. Congratulations on the new spreader. Your tool collection is growing
Hopefully it continues to grow, need a blower still
Man logic always works right? Throw it down like Allyn says and hope for the best. That’s the real logic....🤙
XGRN prills are so tiny. Spread some at my mom’s house and you can’t even see it coming out. But it does wonders for the yard 😁
Yeah I was worried at first because I couldn't see anything but it worked out
It looks like you are spreading coffee grounds on the lawn! Hmm, I wonder if that would even work? :)
That logic sounds perfect. I usually end up doing two passes anyhow. Cheers dude
Cheers mate
I always enjoy your content and hands on approach. Couldn't help but notice your scale. You like it? Would you recommend it? As always, keep it coming and can't wait to see what you have in store for us next.
I do like it but I would definitely buy one that had more specific measurements. I think I'll be buying a new one before next year
Nice spreader brother, hope it helps you dominate!
Already helping! It's still a pain to push on the front hill, but it'll be hard with any spreader
Enjoyed the video, smells like Milo and candy lol. Is there any other difference between the Pro and the DLX other than the wheels/tires? Great video, look forward to the results.
Thanks Ron! I actually don't know what the DLX is, is that like the Elite?
Lazy Lawns..... Yes it’s the Scotts spreader just under the Pro. Looks identical in shape with edge guard but it’s green and has the plastic wheels. I was just thinking of a reference point for you if they’re the same.
👍👌 good morning man 😎✌️
Yo yo! You just reminded me I need to get on my edging
Lazy Lawns 😎✌️👌
Best to start out at a low appreciation rate... you can always add more right?
You're darn tootin
What if it's a liquid? Cos sometimes i see liquids in pounds, that's d reason for my question?
That will depend on the application method for that liquid
@@DRK_BBQ like the herbicide pennant Magnum, it's in 28lbs/A...how do you measure the weight of this liquid?
Use a scale I guess. Most of these kinds of scales will be able to measure weight by liquid oz
