      @@OrientalMystics thanks for your answer. My comment was actually a bit irritating, in true I'm in a law carb/keto, I would never suggest anyone to eat 10 and more eggs per week. Indeed this is the point, in some regime diets rich in protein and fat (egg is perfect) and almost no carbs you can eat 2-3-4- eggs per day. But it's not me that have to explain that, rather people like you that supposedly is an expert. If you have done yet, please post the video link at benefit of everybody. Thanks

      @@OrientalMystics From Ancil Keys to today people who try to make humans consume less and fewer animal products are financially supporting tons of this kind of research...
      First, we must be sure about those paying for that research. No matter if it's about vegetables or animals, no matter if it is about migraines or painkillers.
      Religious dogmas like Indian/hindu ideas are not the reality we can measure.
      If you get sugars and all kinds of carbohydrates out of your diet and eat tons of saturated fat, you'll see that the game is very different.
      The main problem is that vegans and the industry agree that "no animal products" is the best way to live, for everyone.
      I'm 57 and eating from 3 to 6 eggs a day, for years.
      My health improved to the point my doctor smiled and said that I am better than many 18-year-old patients he knew...
      ...many in the carnivore diet are better than ever.
      Saturated fat comes from your own mother. How can it be bad?
      This is the hormone basis, the cell membrane basis, etc.
      Your own body produces cholesterol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
      People who are still fighting cholesterol, and saturated fat, usually are not against soy oils, margarine, canola oils, sugars, transgenic wheat, transgenic corn, pesticides, and many, many animals from insects to mammals that are killed by farms with large production of soybeans, corn, etc.
      So, we could say that the content of the video is almost extremely biased.
      Based on my personal experience, the experience of thousands and thousands of people who are focusing on animal products and getting excellent results.
      Fat will never cause cirrhosis.
      Sugar does. Alcohol and sugar is an alcohol, do. Starch do. Glucose do.
      Researchers that look for egg consumption, meat consumption, and animal fat consumption but ignore sugar, alcohol, and starch intake should never be called research for start.
      Not to mention smoking, sedentarism, etc.

      Bread, brown sugar, beer, soda, potatoes, doritos, etc.
