I'm a little confused. Are you saying with my homocysteine of 13.5, I should simply supplement, or could benefit from altering my diet, or both? I have degenerative disc disease, and going magnesium supplementation and keto have changed my life (seemingly, so has benfotiamine.) The higher my ketones, the generally better I do. I do have flair-ups, and I take all kinds of supposedly anti-inflammatory substances. WRT eggs (and apparently beef) would I benefit from more or less? Is there a list you trust?
PS: You probably know my doctor in Denver, and he didn't say anything about my homocysteine level. 😕 I'm also trying to lower my iron (or rather, RBC, hemoglobin and hematocrit, which are all three high) so I give blood every 10 weeks.

Thank you for recognizing this. My little brother came home from school and said they were teaching him that whole milk was the least healthiest, less healthy than reduced fat milk.
I have no degrees but it’s my understanding that you need the fat and the least amount of pasteurization. More fat so there’s more vitamin and mineral absorption, and pasteurization kills more good than bad. Leaving behind lots of DEAD bacteria from pasteurization.
Anybody remember when fda was contaminating milk at supermarkets to force them into pasteurization processes?
Eventually putting local farmers out of business due to “safety” standards. One time they actually got brought to court because of their evil doings, so when they LOST their case, they just contaminated the same supermarkets milk until they could no longer afford the court fees.
It’s almost as if the FDA/EPA are forms of control beyond our comprehension all the way down the the very studies they choose to base their regulations on.
You even see it with wild game management in some states with pigs, wolves, and other animals

I just had my Aortic Valve replaced due to a 4-5mm hole in it caused by endocarditis at some time in my life. I’m 61 years old and have lost 150lbs by eating low carb, IF, & OMAD. I went from 321lbs to 170lbs in 2 years, and have maintained it for 2 years - so a total of 4 years. My heart surgeon was amazed at how clean my arteries were. If I hadn’t lost the 150lbs, I don’t know if I would’ve bounced back from the open heart surgery. I’m 13 weeks post surgery and I can perform dumbbell training & cardio training.

I've gone to a commercial "organic free range" egg producer barns weekly, and not once did I ever see a chicken outside. Their excuse is that the chickens don't want to go out, yet my personal chickens at home nearly murder me trying to get out everyday.

My dad has over 20000 chickens on a 120 hectare certified organic citrus farm. They eat a completely organic non-gmo feed. He designed is own mobile home where 300 chickens stay closed in and safe at night to protect them from predators. The mobile home also has close to 50 private “rooms” which each chicken can creep in and lay an egg. They sleep from 6pm - 5am. During the day they roam underneath the citrus trees and hunt the little bugs, eat, drink water, take a sand baths, chase each other and rest. The eggs are sooooo beautiful and quite large. Not to mention extremely tasty.
We call them the happiest chickens in South Africa. I believe they truly are because none of them are scared of human interaction.

What an amazing presentation, thank you! I changed my work lunches from white bread and processed meat sandwiches to vegetables and 4 eggs months ago. It changed my body composition and my overall energy levels and strength. Even my running endurance has improved!

I remember as a Cub Scout in the 60’s we toured the purine research farm. One of things that stuck in my mind is the showed us eggs with vibrant red, green and orange yolks. They said the achieved this by feeding fat soluble food dye. This has stuck with me to the point that I have had my own chickens and eggs. In fact I become tired of store bought eggs quickly

Thankful to you and the entire supporters of this noble channel. In line with that I want to announce to you that I spent two years dieting on egg only. Egg and nothing else but egg. And up to date I eat egg in the morning and evening as my food. One more thing to let you know is that it is all as a result of being guided by your lectures on keto and General Health. Thank you.

I’ve had MS for 22 years. Aside from the stress from my career, I’m convinced that the “fat free” craze I lived thru was instrumental in stripping the myelin from my nerves.
Just recently needed meds to help with depression and fatigue. Started eating more eggs. Now I’m gonna eat a whole lot more 🥚
Any advice? Thank you for your wealth of information- Ingrid

I've been trying the protocol set by Dr Terry Wahl with some improvement. You're correct about healthy fats (eggs, butter/ghee/avocados, etc) if we don't have the building blocks we can't heal. My liver was damaged by the Mirena IUD so processing anything's been difficult, but as my liver heals, so does the rest of me. I wish you the best of luck and encourage you to look up Dr Terry Wahl...everything you need to know is free of charge on her website.

You’re right. We don’t know where to turn to get the right information about health. I reached a point where I didn’t want to watch any more health videos. I came across Dr. Sten’s video on the topic of thyroid disease (I have hypothyroidism). I watched it out of curiosity and got hooked up. I heard things from him that I hadn’t heard from so many endocrinologists that I’ve been to for so many years.
      I thank you Dr. Sten.
