As a roofing contractor there are some major red flags here: Never blow up or even sideways on a roof. I saw you break the seal on the shingles when blowing up the roof. This may never reseal. Never use an A-Frame to get on a roof. This is an automatic osha violation and having an employee do it will bury you. It is more difficult and more dangerous, period. Use a ratchet strap to tie the ladder to the gutters (should be 3' over the eave). Buy cougar paws also. I would never in a million years allow someone who is clearly not a roofer walk on a tile roof.
I’m NOT doing anything less than 200 bucks. Made some videos regarding quoting gutter cleaning. But plan to update that here with another video within the week.
Please stop using an A frame ladder to get on and off the roof. Most dangerous thing you can do.... also leaning the ladder on the gutters will come back to bite you... peace
It’s perfectly fine, when you have tools, and correct height. I find it easier to actually do it that way. This is with years of experience however. With the leaning on the gutter we will notify customers beforehand, and test the stability of the gutter if need be we will get the stabilizer. Appreciate you fam! Keep makin that money
@@Tristan.Kalina brother you may want to look up statistics on ladder injuries. It's the number one problem for home worksite injuries. Speaking of height the top of the ladder should be 3 foot above the roof. This is from many more years of expoerence
@@FreeAmericanSpirit the majority of those “statistics” are for the people that Go on a ladder and are freaking out because of heights or improper stability of the base. Plus not using the three touch technique. This can conclude to falling. Base stabilization is key, and remaining calm, with thre points of contact on ladder is nice. Especially going over 20 feet. You have to be safe. Thanks for giving me a video idea! Done multiple studies regarding this
Great content btw.....Question....what model handheld gas blower are you using in the majority of the footage? I realize the brand is Stihl but looking for model. Thanks
Tell them that debris can still get in there and you can offer a free inspection. Usually those guards don’t always keep debris away, and emphasize that. If you can take pictures of the debris and show them even better
Got a question?
Ask. Will respond to all.

Love the video! Any idea where to start with quoting?

You have a good and valid point about people using the A frame ladder in that way exact way. Especially going to the side at height.
@@Tristan.Kalina couple years ago I did a vid on ladder safety because a friend fell off and was in a comma...

Appreciate you!
Most people have gutter guards and say no thank you. How do I overcome that if possible? Thank you for all your videos?

Just wondering what are the blocks you’re using on the edges to have more support on the roof?
pitch hoppers!
