Google reviews are pretty good no real shenanigans with them but yelp is a nightmare. My brother is a independent contractor and he's had so many of his competitors leave bad reviews and there's nothing he can do ,, yelp refuses to take the reviews down even though he has proof their bogus reviews. I see this with a loot of restaurants on yelp as well , not sure why but yelp really does bring out the crazies

I guess their mindset is that they might come from a career where they were earning minimum wage or a bit higher and figure they can do a driveway or house, be there an hour and charge $45 dollars or $99 for maybe a couple hours thinking $45 an hour is good pay, not considering operating costs and what competitors are charging. So they end up under charging and failing as a result.

Tristan, I rally appreciate this video. I've been having issues washing two story homes from the ground. I have a 3.5 GPM Simpson, a J Rod, and an M5 Twist. Can you give me any tips on what I might be missing as to why I can't reach the height I need to on a 2 story home?

My question is, for both commercial and residential work is it assumed we use the customers water supply? Or do you use that 230 gallon tank to supply the water?
