Ive been watching your new hotel hell series and most of them is So heartwarming 💖 that I cried Gordon your the best out there I love your videos, I love your cooking, everything you do in the world really makes a huge difference out there in the hotel and food industry 😀 ❤. You may be critical when it comes to bad dishes and such, but there's always a reason behind it like delusional owners , controlling owners, improving chefs skills out there and making them restaurant owners and hotel owners change for the greater good you do so much out there I'd love to follow in your footsteps for sure which I have been for a long while! In kitchen nightmares with the mold behind the rubber in the fridges I've implemented at my restaurant job and made things more clean and healthier at work I'm picking up these skills from you because you know what you're doing! Your definitely not egotistical at all! Your critical and straight on and willing to help other chefs, hotels, and restaurants in the world its sad to see that some restaurant owners aren't grateful of you and it's sad and makes me frustrated! I'd love to meet you in person one day it's been one of my dreams for sure!

Ever since I was 5 years old, I wanted to be a chef. In my All About Me book I wrote in kindergarten, I wrote, "When I grow up, I want to be a cook. I want to cut with a knife." Now, I can cook. I cooked my lunch and dinner, which was a burger with garlic. I sometimes cook Daddy some lunch, which is sometimes a steak sandwich and a burger. I'm 26 years old now. Whenever I have to add the onions, I ask my little brother Zach, 21 years old, to chop the onions. Onions give me a bad headache and sometimes make me nauseous. He chops the onions for me so I don't get sick.
The most complex thing I cooked in recent memory was eggs over medium. I just like food. thats why I'm here

The worrying thing about my cooking skill: I just watch these video for the "Well, I would never have done this" moment. It's easy once he adds Djion mustard. But if he adds sugar, anchovies and any sort of vinegar - you're out of the game.
