Hi Tyler, thanks for being as informative and objective as always! I don't know if this is something that can be reviewed, but Could you try reviewing eco-friendly tattoo supply? I see it's slowly becoming more popular and would like to know if the quality is good enough to use regularly Thanks a lot!
So with the second bandage, do you send it home with the client? I’ve been using this product for a few years now and I’ve never sent it home with a client. I just bandage it and tell them to take it if in 24-36 hours and then i tell them to use hustle butter. Hustle butter is probably the best aftercare I’ve seen. It’s amazing stuff.
After I use it for 5-6 days and I take it off and it’s scabbing can i apply another one or just do the old school way and wash and apply unscented lotion ?
I’ve seen tattoo artist that recommend keeping the saniderm on for at least 3 days without changing. Is this the incorrect way? Could that be why some have gotten a “burn” from the adhesive?
The first one should only stay on for a day.. then the 2nd bandage can stay on for up to 4 I believe it is. And sure it can irritate your skin if it’s on too long
@@dreacotman5557 do you make sure that you are fully drying off the area with a dry paper towel? If it still has green soap on it I have noticed it will cause irritation.
Hey Tyler, I just came across you UA-cam channel (which is amazing & making my way through!) I really need some help/advise on what you think is a good pen style machine for me to start with! I’m only looking to tattoo myself but I still want it to be as good as it can be … I have a budget of £150 😬 and I have google searched and checked reviews/articles but I’m going around in circles! Is the dragonhawk mast any good do you know? I want to tattoo fine simple images using thin needles. Definitely want a pen style machine too. Sorry if you’re unable to help but thought I’d give it a go! Have an awesome day 🌞
for all the blokes watching this, watch out, you SHOULDN'T overlap saniderm bandages. these bandages are breathable, when you overlap them you're pretty much missaligning the microholes so they wont be breathable anymore and itand wont be as efficient, also saniderm is sometimes harsh on the skin, dont put a whole bandage for a small tattoo, , cut the excces, you can leave at least 1 inch or 2 for the fluids but if you have that many fluid that theyre getting out the bandage you should change it for a new one anyways. also, dont apply saniderm on extra sensitive zones like biceps, armpits, crotch and so on. source: been using saniderm for 3 years
The problem with overlapping is when you do a bunch of layers. A small over lap to make a larger bandage isn’t going to do anything bad, unless you pile them on
I recommend anyone who uses saniderm or any adhesive bandage to cut round corners while applying it on cause it typically lasts longer without peeling

Is there a certain brand you had in mind ? Or is eco friendly the name lol
Hey can you use these products with the bandages ? Im using my saniderm and im trying make a cleaning routine.
hello my friend, your video really inspires me so I can imitate how to make videos like you🙏🤗
I will happily wait for the next new video 👍🙏❤️...

Yes I will unless they are more comfortable with me changing it for them
I like the saniderm bandages but have trouble taking off the plastic after applying to the skin
That can be tough sometimes. Strategic cutting so the breaks in the plastic are on your piece is key
@@ThatTattooGuyOfficial could you possibly do a video on how to properly apply the saniderm? PLEASE

I’ve used it on 2 clients and both had a burn around the edges within less then 24 hours. Maybe I’m applying it wrong 😩

@@ThatTattooGuyOfficial I spray alcohol let sit for a sec and then wipe
@@dreacotman5557 I never do that. I would try skipping that step. That could be causing the irritation

protip: cut the corners of the Saniderm so it's rounded, so it's less likely to catch on something and peel off.
